"Great Software for Gathering Information from Clients"

**Overall:** The software is easy to use and quick to set up. While I haven't need it often, I have found the support to be responsive and efficient.

**Pros:** Content Snare has taken the hassle out of information gathering for us. By providing a single place for clients to send documents and answer questions, it has improved workflow and turnaround times. I've had positive feedback from our clients who appreciate the clarity of the process and the security of knowing that the software provides a safe way of sharing documents.

**Cons:** I have found the automatic exporting of information to FYI sometimes leads to duplicate the documents in the job.

"Awesome software that gets projects started sooner"

**Pros:** Really helpful tool, especially being able to build templates for common recurring content requests - helps us with making the onboarding process so much smoother - allowing us to get into starting projects faster

**Cons:** Initial setup can be a bit confusing, especially configuring all the reminders etc to be sent out (either external and internal, or just internal, or no reminders)
