The app is good, however one of the really cool things about Content Snare is that you can provide feedback to the team on ideas or little things that could be improved and they genuinely listen and implement feedback. Any issues you get in touch and it's fixed faster than you can

Pros

Content Snare checklists have generated excellent feedback from our accounting clients. They find it much easier to use than our old methods, we have visibility on where they're up to (or whether they've even bothered to open the request), documents are auto-filed to the correct spot in FYI. The templates are easy to build and maintain. Just an all round solid addition to a professional services firm's tech stack. In fact, a solid addition to any business that finds themselves requesting information from clients and experiencing resistance or friction.

Cons

The only thing that could make Content Snare better would be if you got paid to use it. But with how much time it saves we kind of feel like we are...

A breath of fresh air in an otherwise stale room. From the very beginning they have been helpful, understanding and generally a great company to work with. I can't recommend this product enough.

Pros

It's so easy to navigate and use even if you aren't tech savvy - this comment is from staff & clients. Content Snare are constantly upgrading and evolving as they listen to what their clients need and act on it in a timely manner. The customer support is top notch and regular webinars that they provide are always insightful and never dull. The reminder schedule function is life changing! Especially as it is part of my job to gather client information and sending reminders is time consuming at the best of times. This function gives me back time which is so important in this line of work.

Cons

They can't make our clients complete the requests and provide their information....but I don't think they are capable of that! (The reminder schedule function definitely helps with this though)

Content snare is easy to use and easy to incorporate into our onboarding workflow in order to increase the speed and make it easy for clients to provide us with the information we need to build their websites.

Pros

Content Snare has helped us systemize our client onboarding in a way we could not accomplish without it.

Cons

No cons for me, its a great application. It has filled a significant gap for us in our client onboarding process.

My onboarding using Content Snare compared to how I used to onboard is like night and day! I have connected Content Snare to Ignition via Zapier. This means that once the client signs the Ignition proposal, the client information collection is triggered automatically by Content Snare. No more client emails chasing info from me. It's so much smarter

Pros

I love the fact I can connect my proposal software with Content Snare so it can do all the client collection of data once they sign the proposal. It saves me so much time.

Cons

Sometimes there is too much information available. That can be a little overwhelming. I think that often simpler templates may be more popular

The overall experience is great. It's become our most relied upon tool, is easy to use, provides a safe and secure way for us to collect sensitive information and is not even expensive. 10/10 for value for money.

Pros

How easy it is to get information from clients now. Gone are the emails back and forth to make sure that we have everything and not really knowing whether we do or not. Now all team members can see where each request is at and what has been provided and what we're waiting on. The automated reminders are pretty rad too.

Cons

It's so addictive! Once you start using it, you'll be looking for ways to use it more and it will CONSUME YOU!

I probably spent a solid 6-months looking for an onboarding tool that had the flexibility I needed for different types of info I need to gather AND, most importantly, something that looked intuitive and easy to use for the end-user (my client). I don't know how I found Content Snare, but have used it for years and years now. I don't know if you can really put a price on the time and goodwill I saved not having to go back and forth with clients a million times to get one stupid file. Content Snare has saved me money, time, headaches, and a lot of goodwill with my clients. I like to keep my client interactions focused on really positive things, not talking a luddite through uploading a document. Thank you Content Snare!

Pros

I use Content Snare for client onboarding and it is the only tool I have found that clients can (and will) actually use. I don't have to spend time and energy helping them log into something and they don't have to jump through a bunch of hoops that just confuse them. Content Snare has been the only tool I have found that really does make it easy for the end-user to do things.

Cons

I didn't love the automated reminders, but it's an easy toggle to turn those off. So it isn't an issue an all.

I love two things in a business software: efficiency and ease. Contentsnare hits both. It works with my current systems (and my old one, too) and is fantastic for client data collection. I need specific, sensitive data that can’t get lost in email threads— contentsnare NAILS it. Then, I get an easy to export file saved automatically in the correct folders in Google Drive and One Drive. I love ContentSnare SO much that I literally pay for it separately despite having form capabilities in our other practice management software. For metrics— I used Content Snare as part of a law firm consultation process that made over $24,000 the first year. It helped keep hundreds of intake forms perfectly organized and accessible. I literally could not have managed that with email back and forth or documents incoming via email.

Pros

ease of use, ability to comment inside a form, security, ability to integrate into Zapier, automatic follow ups

Cons

Honestly not much I dislike. I’ve used it for years now and I am a big fan. Maybe easier data extraction for line items, but that’s a serious niche use. The name is kind of a misnomer— it isn’t just for “content.” It’s client data and security focused now.

Content Snare is super user-friendly and is so easy to use! My team loves using it and it was so easy to train them on it. My clients love Content Snare as well!

Pros

It makes gathering client information so easy! We use it for the initial discovery call questions, client onboarding and for monthly client questions.

There is nothing that I do not like about Content Snare! It's a great piece of technology and we plan to use it forever in my business.

La plataforma es buenísima para comunicación de proyectos con el cliente, tan buena que se me queda grande, me han resuelto el 100% de las dudas y el soporte es de lo mejor, \[contenido sensible oculto\] es un gran agente de soporte.
