"Very useful for small companies"
Pros: The easy of use and cloud storage for invoices are great.
Cons: The filters and reports are good only when you are still small. After you grow, you miss a lot of useful filters.

Overall: Für mich hat der Umstieg gelohnt. Der Support ist gut und antwortet in der Regel recht schnell. Ich habe mir meine eigene Anbindung mit dem API geschrieben und so unsere Hotelsoftware mit sevDesk selbst verbunden. Ein echter Gewinn.
Pros: Der Umstieg von der Papierbuchführung mit dem Steuerberater hin zur eigenen digitalen Buchführung hat für mich ohne Buchhaltungskenntnisse prima geklappt. Für kleinere Unternehmen ist es das richtige Tool. Ich spare jetzt mit sevDesk erheblich viel Geld und Zeit im Vergleich zur bisherigen papierbasierten Buchführung, für die ich damals einen Steuerberater benötigt hatte
Cons: ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht nennenswert sind.

Overall: Sevdesk ist eine sehr gute Software, die mir meine Buchhaltung maximal erleichtert. Der Support ist ebenfalls prima und auf Probleme und Änderungswünsche wird stets professionell eingegangen. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von meiner Seite.
Pros: Übersichtlichkeit, einfache Bedienung, viele Vorlagen und Hilfeartikel, sehr guter Support
Cons: Einige für mich wichtige Features fehlen leider noch (wie bspw. die zweisprachige Rechnungserstellung oder die Markierung von Kontobewegungen als privat in der App). An der Bereitstellung wird aber gearbeitet.
"Best accounting software for small businesses"
Pros: SevDesk is a very easy to use accounting system, that helps small business a lot to keep track of their finances. It has just enough functionality for small to mid-sized business to not be overwhelming. The best feature is to create reports, which are ready to hand in to the tax office. Also, you can connect your bank account which lets you connect documents to transactions: helps a lot with staying ahead of the chaos.
Cons: 30€ a month for the middle plan is a lot, especially for freelancers, even though I think it’s worth it, considering the trouble you’re avoiding.

Overall: Sevdesk ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und schnell und intuitiv erlernbar. Meine Buchhaltung und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sind schnell erledigt und ich kann mich auf meine eigentlichen Aufgaben konzentrieren.
Pros: Die Usability und die Benutzeroberfläche. Die Möglichkeit ein Inventar zu führen. Auch die Billbee Schnittstelle mit der ich Sevdesk an meinen Etsy Shop anbinden kann spart mit viel Zeit.
Cons: Ich habe bis jetzt nichts an SevDesk auzusetzen.
