Pros The ability to see pending commissions to make more educated choices about expenses as we are in growth phase, also tracking activities and clearly seeing if on pace or off. The ability to see quickly which metrics are off immediately tells a team leader what to coach on. Cons Figuring it out to begin using it is more challenging than I budgeted time for - but that is 100% on me not making the time that I need to focus on it.
