I love having our brokerages dashboard available on display throughout our office. It keeps the competition healthy and everyone can see for themselves where we rank. Pros We were able to get rid of 2 platforms plus excel/google sheets when switching to SISU. We now have our tracking, accountability/goals, and transaction management all in one place which is awesome! Cons Still some bugs in the system when syncing with other platforms and just the useability especially in the transactions management. Reason for choosing Sisu Save time and create better efficiency, transparency and accountability. The whole team is really part of their and the team goals now! It syncs well with BoomTown, making it seamless to know how many conversations, meetings, and other statistics you have. And the client portal where they can always go back and retrieve their documents. Cons Two things I wish is the ability to send documents for signatures so that everything is done in one place. May 15, 2023 5.0 Pros The integration with our CRM allowed us to move over easily into SISU to track metrics. The easy connection to support was extremely helpful and important with our transition. The metrics and reporting for individual is so helpful for accountability and meeting weekly over numbers. When you inquire about the product, they are very responsive! When you have question about is is difficult to get support on the line. If you determine the product does not work for you, you have to jump through hoops to cancel. After you cancel, they start up your subscription again without notifying you? We cancelled our subscription after a couple of months because our team was not big enough to capitalize on the product and my Tom Ferry Coach suggested we look at CTE instead. AWFUL! I was looking at my Credit Card Statement and notice I am being charged for service I cancelled six months ago. I contact the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and he claims I suspended my service which is a lie. I asked him to provide me proof that I agreed to start up my account after the New Year. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] provides me an email chain where I claim to suggest we start the service again after the first of the year. However, I cannot find that email chain in my gmail server???? I will confirm with GMAIL. Pros It was good and probably works well for big teams.
