The technical support staff are all friendly and ready to help each time. Pros I shifted my 11 year career from in the IT industry to my new company as a systems analyst. This CRM solution has been so user friendly that it hardly took any effort to learn it. The options are straightforward and most standard reports are readily available. The high flexibility in Salesworx reports is not to be overlooked as this is critical for analysts in tracking performance and productivity. Cons There is really nothing to complain.
