Their customer service is very responsive and they truly get involved to handle any issues you may have. In the 3 1/2 years we have had the software there has never been a system crash and we have never been without the service.

Pros

It's very easy to set up and easy for the staff to learn. It tracks packages and you can update and edit as needed. It has worked for us from our first client up to now where we have over 1000 clients. It can manage retail as well.

Cons

It is very easy for staff to make accounting changes and private logins are not required so best used with trustworthy staff. Would be nice to see a password protection on accounting adjustments.

Reasons for choosing Kennel Geek

Navigation of the software was the easiest and it fit our needs. Price point was important for a start up business and we saw the potential for it to grow with us as our business grows.
