"Great service and easy to use"

**Overall:** Great experience! Being new to payroll it's very important to find a supportive service that will be easy to navigate!

**Pros:** Customer support is very good and reliable. Flexible communication methods, can use email, or phone, whichever you prefer.

**Cons:** Not being able to set date of payroll check to be sooner to when I ran payroll l. I wish I could make the date of check closer.

**Reasons for Switching to OnPay:** Not great customer support with SurePayroll, emailed multiple times before getting a response

**Pros:** he service automatically handles all federal, state, and local tax calculations and filings with an accuracy guarantee, which provides peace of mind for business owners and saves significant time.

**Cons:** The software does not have built-in time tracking or scheduling tools, requiring users to rely on external integrations.
