Pros: This Software Helps You Get Up and Running with Your eCommerce, Ready-to-Ship, Easy to Use, & Easy to Modify. Once you get your other assets ready, plug them in and begin selling! No modifications required to begin selling although it is recommended to do them first and foremost. Many options available to set up promotions, product features, brands, etc. Very customizable with translating features for the smarty code and assets are available for modification to emailed forms and invoices and much more!

Cons: We must say after 4 years of use we will be moving on to a platform better suiting our needs for "bigger and better." This is due to a limited mobile view support, limited plugin availability, limited "advanced" promotions, multiple shipment integrations, fraudulent detections systems, Ip backtracing, and a more advanced order tracking. Some of these things are what businesses will need after a certain stage of growth, CS-Cart is not to blame that is why we recommend this software.

Overall: We have sold many products using this software, added 18 thousand since operations began about 4 years ago. Other than minor issues here and there, we have had a steady use for this software and I would recommend this to anyone who is in their early stages and do not need too many extensions.

Pros: +500 e-commerce features out-of-the-box (as multi-store, B2C/B2C capacities, subscription products etc), integration with Salesforce, scalability and security level offered by the Heroku world.

Cons: Designer, template, page content are currently managed by the cs-cart backend (the other features can be managed directly into Salesforce). I recommend the editor to move a maximum of features to Salesforce platform.

Overall: 1) Short terms project implementation (only 2 months for a multi-store)
2) More sales (by having sleeping cart managed as an opportunity into Salesforce relied by marketing automation processes, customer journey etc.)
3) Cheapest solution comparing big player (for the same result)

Pros: Adaptable and flexible
Integration with salesforce
User friendly set-up
Modern look & feel
After relevant customization, CS-cart allows the user to adapt banners, text blocks and videos in many ways even without HTML
Great transparency & tutorial library allows the user to be self-thought and independent, even without previous CRM/system knowledge

Cons: The maintenance service could be stronger and there are some services yet to offer related to layout option and adaptability of the cart display or re-order function.

Pros: The integration with Salesforce, the facility to manage content, the flexible promotion management system.
It is also very easy to configure custome shipping method and offline payment methods. The solution has already dozens of online payment system ready to be used.

Cons: Missing the stock management per store, as a B2B user I would expect to be able to proceed with quick order creation (adding products to cart by sku). Also would be great to have the possibility to request for a better price when I've created my cart content.
