CVViZ helps us hire faster, with better fit—without the busywork CVViZ stands out as a modern AI recruiting platform that actually simplifies hiring. The AI-powered resume screening (NLP + ML) quickly surfaces high-fit candidates and ranks them in context, which saves hours we used to spend on first-pass reviews. Posting jobs is a breeze—one click gets us on free and premium boards, and the recommendation engine picks the right job boards by role, industry, and location. What I like best is how CVViZ combines automation (rules, pre-screening workflows, smart notifications) with sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and more. The recruitment CRM keeps all client and candidate communication in one place, and video interviewing with a live code editor has been invaluable for technical roles. We also appreciate the GDPR toolkit, the AI resume parser, and recruitment analytics (time-to-fill, team performance, channel effectiveness). Whether for high-volume or niche hiring, CVViZ gives us speed, structure, and confidence in the quality of hire. Highly recommended for teams that want an ATS with AI at the core and recruiting automation built in.

Pros

Easy to learn and use. You can think about what you want and then use the system to make it happen - great!

So far so good nothing to complain about! I do perhaps wished it integrated with outlook a little better.

CVVIZ is an intuitive ATS, that allows Staff Smart to track candidates to jobs and uses an internal AI capability to rank stack candidates based on their resume to the role. The built-in Job Board that displays open positions on our website was very simple to implement, and the support team has implemented technology that is simple to use and provides benefits other ATS systems charge an arm and a leg for.

Pros

At Staff Smart, we have worked with some of the larger ATS platforms and have found CVVIZ much easier and refreshing to use. We have been extremely pleased with the ROI for this application. We have also found the support team very responsive to enhancements and ideas to improve productivity.

Cons

The resume parser still needs some work but has improved significantly over the last 6 months

Very good experience. I was in contact with the support team and they react fast and are very helpful.

Pros

First of all, it's very convenient to set up and use. You can have review workflows, integrate third parties (e.g. Line Managers) in the process with limited access rights. Most of all, next to having a really great operative recruiting tool, is that you can post a job automatically to a zillion of free job portals, and also create campaigns to post your job to paid portals. This gives us enormous reach!

Cons

I miss the capacity to deal with multi-lingual environments. You can set up your career page in different languages - but only one language at a time. You can use multiple languages simultaneously in your custom texts but this charges your site visually and the standard texts (e.g. names of fields, workflow instructions etc) are in one language only anyway.

We only use the system to manage the job listings. The software has been dependable for us, without issues.

Pros

It's a CMS for job listings. I love that we don't have to build the job board into our website. We simply reference the link, and manage all job listings using CVViZ.

Cons

We wish we had a larger limit to list more job openings in the future.

We tried many others, but CVVIZ was the best choice for its simplicity and features vs price. It made our recruitment process much easier and helped us better understand the candidates.

\- Affordable- Applicant Ranking- Mail system, all incoming and outgoing mail in one place

\- No Mobile App- No Pre-Assessment tests- No custom domain options

Since we launched our company we decided to use CVViZ as an ATS companion. In the beginning it wasn't the most mature product on the market but we decided to provide regular feedbacks to developers and after 1 year we are very proud to say that CVViZ has a been a great pillar of our work, very helpful to our candidates and our consultants. Few additions could make it even better but I am sure they are working on it and constantly listening to clients' needs.

Pros

\-good integration with free and paid job portals; -modularity and customisation; -it can be good and used for corporate and agency recruitment; - EU GDPR compliant; -good ability to easily manipulate and export data; -deep searching capabilities through candidates and CVs; -AI driven functionalities; -Highly customisable and easy to deploy career page.

Cons

Still some work to do on: -new languages to be added in the career page, interface and the AI; -even deeper customisation; -CNAME domain job application pages; -LI plugin to fish profiles and populate data; -mail tracking plugin or on their own server; -Integrate LI messaging Inbox-if you use SMTP email server you will have some limited functionalities.

I'm truly surprised at the app overall, it does what I need, plus a bunch of extra things I didn't know I needed. UX is polished, app is smooth and fast, hiring is now fun and easy with my team. The company has been around for 5 years already and consistently developing new things and keeping up with their deliverables. This will be a tool in our arsenal for a very long time!

Pros

The system is polished and runs smooth, very easy to use we got our team onboarded quickly. We love the candidate scoring and internal discussions on each candidate. Resume matching is awesome too.

Cons

Need to be able to customize candidate status

We recently started using the platform, we found it to be easy to set up and provide everything and a little more than what we needed.

Pros

We like that we can control the prices of recruiting within our platform. We set it up and embedded the code on our site. It's a great look when we work with our clients.

Cons

I would like to see a white lable option and custom domain. They don't offer this, and thus, they receive marketing from us.
