SafetyAware was an easy transition and familiar feel for our staff from other products that have been used in the past. The ability to self monitor using our own 24/7 Control Room is an added benefit and has kept our processes relatively unchanged.

Pros

Notification ability through the dashboard via sms / push to any of our staff. The interface is user friendly.

Cons

The breadcrumb trail we utilized with a different product was a little more refined than what is available with this platform.

I was very pleased with Aware360 compared to our previous lone worker service. The customer service and technical support was outstanding. Anytime we had questions or issues they responding quickly. The usability on the mobile app and website was very intuitive and easy to learn. I was very pleased with the customization and abilities we had control over to make changes during the season that we needed, without having to go through the provider to do so.

Pros

Sections of quality records entry by individual with signature on time. Layout of each quality record. Traininig overall software.

Cons

During sending record there are too much name displayed. Need to give tab for searching required individual or default name of responsible individual.
