The area looks professional, branded, and feels like enterprise software. Coupled with the fact I can do live, automated, on-demand, and series webinars (great for simple courses), you have a robust system for a great price. Pros This is THE webinar software for creative professionals. The branding options are so granular down to the webinar footer, colors, and emails...it's spectacular. Cons There are some features that aren't presently there but on the roadmap. For example, segmentation of early abandons, no-shows, and attendees. It's great for online meetings and hosting webinars. The platform has tons of features and options, so it takes some time to get the hang of it. However, the support team was very helpful and guided me through every step. Affordable and reliable, it's been a great experience. Pros The software was really easy to use, it integrated cleanly with Marketo, and allows us to run events quickly and cleanly. Great price compared to the competition. Cons The interface still needs improvement and can be cleaned up. Better tutorials would make it easier to get into the tools. There are really only two tech companies I fully vouch for with my clients and Big Marker is one of them. Pros The best thing about their platform is that it is all-encompassing. They offer every type of event style you could imagine. Tons of free marketing integrations, free API access. Plus an easy to use frictionless presentation experience that you can tailor to your need on an event to event basis. Cons The ability to add hidden static fields and pass that data to certain third-party integrations is not 100% there yet. But they update the software so frequently with new features I don't expect that to stay the case for long. Reason for choosing BigMarker It has the best bang for the buck. Our audience likes the platform and our employees find it easy to use. Never had any major issues. Pros The product is user friendly. I'm not a "tech-savvy" person but I found the product easy to use, implement, and easy to teach to other people on our team. We host about 4-8 webinars each week for 50-200 people depending on the season. For the most part, we've had no technical issues. It offers all of the standard features you'd expect as well as integrations/widgets for your website, SEO functionality, and a few other features that come in handy. Cons Customer service replies could be faster. They have a chat feature but sometimes you won't hear back from them for a bit. I will say that their reps are knowledgeable and fixed any issue I had once I am able to get in contact with them. I can choose from a variety of different templates and layouts that make my webinars look professional. I also love that I can have multiple webinars going at the same time, so I can have one for my team and one for my customers. I find that this tool has given me more opportunities to grow my business. Cons At the moment, I haven’t used all of it’s features — and I’ve been using it for 2+ Years. Easy to use even for speakers who are not technically savvy. Cons There's a lot of features, meaning sometimes it's tough to find the edit function of a certain feature as there's too many and the links may be lost in a sea of links on a page. Pros I use BigMarker for my online courses, the interface is very easy to use, making it a highly customisable and reliable platform. I am able to easily record each webinar, as the interface is super easy to use. I've been setting up live and evergreen webinars, using their landing page templates, which makes set up quick and easy. I love the Q&A feature on offer, even when the webinar is on demand and I can answer my student's questions on the go. It's a great platform. Cons I'd like to more easily add in e-camm or mmmmmh for FB lives. It requires more technical knowledge, than, I have currently. They go the extra mile to help. Cons It can take time to learn and set up, it's not a simple platform for me. But, I just duplicate my webinars and change the titles, images, and emails which makes things a lot easier.
