I use this feature extensively. I record the first one (live) and then am able to have it play back and slack me the comments and q&a without me having to go teach my courses live every time. This is a HUGE benefit for me. Pros No download required for our participants and automated webinars. Cons Have to hit a record button. I would like to select that in advance (when setting up the webinar) and not have to manually do it inside of the webinar. Pros The most important aspect for me is that I can manage all aspects related to my online events. I can set up meetings, send invitations, control attendance, customize my audience's experience during the webinar and carry out actions to drive engagement. I can also do all this from the browser and my audience does not need to download anything to their computer. Cons You need to have a minimum connection speed, otherwise you cannot use the platform. The admin interface is very user-friendly, and there are plenty of features available to make organizing an event a breeze. Plus, the attendee experience is top notch - everything from the registration process through to the actual events themselves runs smoothly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend BigMarker to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and high-quality platform for organizing events! Cons I wish you will add more customization options to landing pages. There was no need to guide people through an install process as no installation is needed. Video and sound quality were excellent. It is easy to download the recordings, edit, and post to YouTube. BigMarker seems very responsive to user feedback and there have been regular releases of new features. This company is not standing still. Pros I'm a solo business that does training, consulting, and contracting. There are several features that I fell in love with. The webinar functions are very full featured and have lots of ways to engage users and reuse content. You also get a "meeting room" with a permanent URL that you can use for demos and quick video conferences. You get your own channel for promoting your webinars that includes easy monetization options. Customer service has always been quick and very helpful. Cons There are a lot of ways you can setup your webinars and it can take a while to figure out the option that best fit your needs. Knowing I have ONE platform for all my evergreen and on-demand content keeps my content delivery focused and organized. Best of all — the user experience for attendees is awesome. No downloads, and it works in the browser. Pros I don't always have time to create and lead a real-time webinar that captures leads — but with BigMarker, I can create on-demand webinars that do the work while I'm making money. The MeetingSpace feature completely replaced a separate, one-trick app we formerly used. BigMarker solves many problems I used to have, now I can deliver expertise when and where I want. We setup our first webinar within a day. The support team has been super responsive with my questions as I worked through some of our unique needs. Pros The software is incredibly easy for our presenters and attendees to use. While our presenters enjoy doing webinars, this is the first time they've described it as fun. It's a very clean interface. Cons The description of the webinar doesn't support bold, italic and other common word processing functions. It's not a show stopper for us, but it would be nice. They continue to take user feedback and are forever building strategies to improve the software. That’s what I love the most. Cons The biggest con was the platforms heavy requirement for data. They have improved this a lot, but I feel there may be a little bit more to go. Secondly, when recording videos, occasionally for shorter videos - I’ve had my file not save. It was easy to customize the webinar room, customize the emails, and for attendees to register. I liked that it integrated with Infusionsoft and our presenters had an easy time accessing the webinar. Cons We had over 300 people signed up for the webinar, so when we weren't able to enter our webinar it was a panic. Thankfully the BigMarker support team was able to manually open the webinar for us, but that was a huge glitch. Additionally, we had several comments coming in throughout the hour noting that the audio quality was horrible. Finally, anyone who registered for the webinar (even if they did not attend), were receiving emails throughout the webinar due to someone who called in and was commenting on the webinar landing page. Users were not happy that their inbox was being flooded over 25 times throughout the hour. BigMarker responded to this saying they've never seen this happen before. Review Source Saurabh K. Pros Best feature is that attendants can join not matter from what device they are, don't need to install an app. That increased our convertion rates, not to mentioned can be integrated with Active campaign to automate all the users journey. In India, we have anticipated, low bandwidth, not so tech savvy users as some issues for any webinar tool. I found this tool working even in moderate bandwidth. We tried many and finally selected Bigmarker and I cam say, it was a wise decision I have been using various webinar tools for five years and I would rate usability high. Another big plus is the seamless functioning across devices- desktop, laptop or mobile. I am finding Bigmarker as an excellent companion to perform small webinars to customers/prospects. The booking and billing portion are yet to be attempted. However they are also excellent features. Cons Found some issues initially with specific to voice clarity. Cons It took a little longer than promised for the webinar series to be released, but at the same time, BigMarker has added many more features that are very valuable, so it's really a very MINOR con.
