Pros: All of the data that it shows in a very compact form. It is highly flexible and can cover alot of subject areas

Cons: It has gotten to the point that it requires more IT support than it used to. It also has become more complicated and harder for the business user admin to fully grasp all of its functionality

It is so powerful you can almost do anything with Salesforce!

Pros: There are so many different things you can create with the salesforce engine. It has increased our tracking and sales exponentially.

Cons: It is quite complex and if you don't have time to learn it, you could be stuck using the basics and the basics you might as well go with something cheaper.

Overall: Learning how to implement systems and processes across businesses.

Had a great experience using this software for one of my recent jobs!

Pros: Salesforce does exactly what you expect it to do, track sales, leads, keep a calendar of calls made and more!
It can help any company big or small track activities in order to meet and exceed goals!

Cons: was not easy as a non admin user to make changes, having to wait for an admin to make basic changes was sometimes very frustrating, such as a bad phone number on a client file.

Overall: This was a great tool for keeping track of sales, helping us reach or exceed goals in terms of sales calls and actual sales.

Pros: I think the software is very user friendly. The ability to store all your contacts and have them associated to their company name for future searches or tied to a phone number make record keeping simple. You can search on minimum information and find information and that is very useful to me. i also like that things are neatly placed in to different tabs like Contact - Cases - Reports etc.

Cons: I think the software has maybe to many capabilities. There are functions of Salesforce that I have never even explored and I think a lot of that could be cut out of the program to make it even simpler.

Overall: Case creating handling and tracking are my daily uses for this software. All of our calls and emails come through this system for handling among agents. I think it is flawless and have not had any issues with the program

Pros: Once set up, this tool allowed our team to easily navigate between cold leads and hot cases. It is easy to train the team on and allows everyone to remain on the same page.

Cons: The downside of this program is that if you need to hire a contractor to help set up your instance, it will be VERY expensive for a very short duration of work; this is very specialized.

Pros: It ensures the customers are provided with integrated systems which makes the customers the ability to track their own cases such as social networking. The customers can easily access automated services with escalated important events on services.

Cons: It is too broken down in several categorical customer relationship management which do not consolidate all the services at one set platform for ease of access by customers thus tiresome in information sampling for a customer satisfaction

Overall: It improves work performance through continuous coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition. Also it is used as a marketing solution for sales performance, customer service, marketing.

Pros: The program offers many options and abilities to do many things. (Example - reports for many different things.)

Cons: Cost. To have different accounts for different things within your organization you have to pay a lot of money.

Overall: For the reason that I use the program, we were able to minimize the programs we use, however, we have too many options for what we need. I wish it could be simplified for what I use it for within the organization.

Pros: The flexibility and the ability to easily extract reports are what I admire most. It really saves time with gauging the strength of the pipeline and assisting with managing daily tasks.

Cons: It can be somewhat cumbersome to learn at first, especially when trying to administrate certain reports and access. It is not always as intuitive as I would like in these cases.

We used salesforce for awhile to track our sales leads. It was an OK product.

Pros: We liked the ability to sort on a map and find other customers in our area that we were servicing at the time.

Cons: The cost factor is a turn off for this product. The feature set could also use some improvement as other software includes more.

Pros: Salesforce is obviously the most sophisticated CRM on the market. The integration options with other applications is extensive and impressive. They obviously have a huge market share for these reasons.

Cons: Salesforce is way too expensive for a small business like mine. Perhaps they're able to get away with that fact, but it's unfortunate that they take advantage of the market like this. Initially I used Salesforce but eventually migrated to a cheaper solution that fits most my needs and that I'm very happy with.

Pros: It allowed flexibility and ability to modify to my needs. The interface was easy to navigate and was very intuitive.

Pros: It is a good tool when I need to look through first level experiences. It helps me to look back into an issue. This can be crucial to my job.

Cons: Slightly cumbersome to navigate. Pulling up pictures is a chore. In our particular situation we may need to find one picture and everything, including business branding pictures, comes up as pictures so you have to open every one up to find your one picture.

Overall: It is needed for completion of my job. It helps me to get that extra information I need.

Pros: Without a doubt, the best thing about SalesForce is its functionality. The platform is extremely feature rich and truly has everything you may need from a customer relations management software application. As a result, the platform fulfils its main purpose with ease, and is almost always guaranteed to bring in additional income to any business when embraced and used correctly.

Cons: Perhaps SalesForce biggest strength, its vast functionality, is also its biggest weakness. That is to say, the platform can be extremely daunting when first encountered, from both an administration and user point of view. I can vouch for this personally as I had never used SalesForce before and was tasked with setting it up from scratch for our business. While I managed this with good success, my first few hours on working with the platform quite literally made my head hurt! To add to this, when it came to training my users quite a lot of time had to be spent running through each of the features of the platform, and to this day I still receive regular questions on how to do something in particular with the software, or perhaps what I certain feature actually does or means.

Overall: The biggest benefit without a shadow of a doubt was increased sales, with our business development team being able to save time and be more productive at the same time.

Very customizable and intuitive. Haven't found much we couldn't do with it.

Pros: It can be molded into different use cases, my team uses it for project management, and the chat feature is helpful to give input to the sales team of the health of a project. We can track the history both good and bad. We can also customize reports for our team.

Cons: It is a very large software and is worth the time to learn! You need to work with it daily to fully understand its power, and how to customize reports. Outputs are not like excel but you can get them close.

Pros: I have a lot of things that I like here and I¿m going to list them the way I met them. So first of all when I only decided to buy a product I faced a some of the possible plans for choosing, and I liked that because I could chose only that I need to not overpay for the things which I don¿t need. After that, at once I got more than enough explanation about how to use the system. And eventually, when I with my team started working we were more than satisfied with the speed and convenience of dealing with the system and requests.

Cons: So as I mentioned above, totally I am more than satisfied with this product, nevertheless it does not mean that it cannot be even better, for example, personally I would like to see the different levels of access to the different parts of the system and tickets.

Pros: The software enables you to track a lot of information. You can even customize certain areas to suit individual company needs.

Cons: The software is quite a lot to learn. There are many different areas and is difficult for some less tech-savvy employees to learn. To use it in it's entirety is quite nice as you can track clients, sales from start to finish, and much more, but to do so is incredibly time consuming.

Pros: A platform that offers sales management, customer service, marketing automation and partner relationship management. It is a c cloud-based CRM solution, Salesforce gives you anywhere, anytime, access to your business data, even from mobile devices. This platform helped us streamline our process and logged our conversation with each of our clients/candidates keeping track of the discussion history and knowing where we left at. It has a good contact management system that allows the users to store a lot more information like account/client details, addresses, other available information which allows a good account info overview. The Dashboard is customizable and can fit to what their client needs and requires for the specific process. It's an easy to navigate software especially for those who had been into cloud-based platform before.

Cons: The complexity of its features sometimes are not being exhausted/maximized by small-scale businesses and could get overwhelming at times. Pricing may be a bit high for a small company especially if they want something that is more customizable. For our team, it took us a while to navigate the platform fully and think of was on how to customize the platform based on our needs. Knowing what is already available for us and what can be considered for the future is something that we get to deep dive over the course of months and a lot of collaboration and dicussion with the team. Reporting issues might be a bit hard in terms of knowing who is responsbile for certain technical glitch if its Salesforce folks themselves or some app that links to it.

Overall: It keeps good track of our candidates and clients discussions over a period of time which helps us get back from where the last conversation had ended. A good account information as well with 360-view of information. Tools operate much of some famous social networking sites and could be considered as an easy-navigating platform.

Experience with salesforce has been amzing.

Pros: I love everything about Salesforce. I think it's a well designed software, can be used for so many things in CRM, and it really feels like they thought out every single feature they put into the product. It's my go to for operations and project management. I can't live without it!!

Cons: Okay, I do love salesforce but there are some problems. Although I personally love the customization features of everything, it can make the software overwhelming and I get to a point where I'm swimming around options rather than actually getting all the work done. That is personally a design failure for me and I wish they'd find a way to keep those options out of sight or less options overall!

Pros: The top thing I enjoyed about Salesforce is the training provided on there trailheads. This software lines out a way for all users to learn and be productive. Pros: I enjoyed the reminders for speaking with clients you may have not contacted in a while. It was also nice to have so much stuff organized in one place

Cons: I wasn't able to send e-mails through the application, and I also really did not like having to switch over to another window to add client details. They should work on an integrated Gmail extension.

Overall: The updates of contacting clients I have not been in contact with for a while

Pros: The fact that I can get my data from anywhere in the world, and I can log in and have my data restored from the cloud; the ease with which data is stored, I can easily do graphics and tables and download the information to be presented in a chart. The home display which easily shows me how my project is doing. I really like that. Plus the fact that i can customize the tool to even use it to generate and add new knowledge makes it a very great software.

Cons: I think the expense bit drives most people away. It is not easily affordable, and thus it is left for use by large corporates. I wish even small businesses and individual users like me could easily access it.

Pros: I really like all the add-ons, especially for larger companies doing high volume. Salesforce seems to be the most recognized of all CRMs.

Pros: What I liked most about this software is the ease of use and the high level of customization possibility - You can make it specific to a company's needs. I also like the fact it is cloud-based which means that I don't have to worry about the management of the environment where it is hosted.

Pros: Salesforce is, by far, the most feature packed CRM in the industry. The amount of tools and functionality is endless and suits any major corporation out there wanting a powerful CRM with endless customization options. The newer Lightning UI is much better then the classic look and makes it easier for new users to get started.

Cons: Many deeper functions are in the Classic UI and not available in the Lightning UI. There is no easy way to switch back and forth. If you go to the Classic UI, you get stuck there and can't revert back to the Lightning UI without hours of hunting or Administrator intervention. Salesforce also lacks the basic functionality of being able to do a mass email to all campaign members from the Campaign view. This is such base level functionality that is expected, but not included. Salesforce has known about this for YEARS.

If you are new to CRM, look elsewhere. If you are a large enterprise, this will probably fit well. Unless you are required to use Salesforce, I would wait until they get more functionality built into the Lightning experience so you don't have to switch to the Classic UI.

Overall: We were able to do some mass emails and track them.

Cons: It's overcomplicated for many of the companies I've worked for; and it's substantially more expensive comparing to other CRMs. Customer service is terrible (online ticketing system is fine, but they only provide technical support), and any time I ask for any advice, they'll advertise their paid monthly customer care to me; they gave me a taster, and the premium care doesn't resolve any issue, although they do spend their own, and my time.

I use this at work and it is our lifeline. It takes some time to master but once you do, it's easy.

Pros: I like how centralizing it is. We work with a lot of data and information, and being able to store it one place is essential to our efficiency. It's simple to refer to salesforce for the information stored. The add-ons make it all the more encompassing.

Cons: There are some quirks to work out. I don't understand what duplicated files means, for example, and I don't know how to avoid it. The aesthetics are also pretty unexciting, but that matters more to others than it does to me.

Pros: It's possible integrate with another software, and it's very specificity for somethings applications.

Pros: The ability to customize and configure to meet changing business needed. Ability to integrate with other programs allow for seamless reporting.

Cons: It can be overly cumbersome, and the changes between Classic and Lightning have created a learning curve for both Admin and User alike.

Pros: I like that I can customize it (to a degree based on my needs) and that I can easily access clients' information. It keeps my team on track.

Cons: It is not a user-friendly system. The interface feels like it is from the 90's and hard to train someone in. The system breaks frequently where it doesn't update the information and so I have to question if I am sending the correct information.

Cons: Not very customizable. Sometimes creates issues while using the interface. Support system is not very good

My experience with Salesforce.com has been varied and it isn't my first choice anymore.

Pros: The largest sales CRM available on the market today. There are 1000's of add on apps you can leverage to make your business more productive and efficient. They were the pioneers for working in the cloud and their ability to customize their solution to meet more then just sales demands is incredible. Salesforce.com is the Bentley of sales CRM's no doubt.

Cons: Expensive! I feel like every little add on or additional service is an extra charge. If you are a small business and not a huge enterprise, I feel like salesforce could care less about your business. Their hourly rates for customized services is expensive and the clock is always on with them. There are free CRM platforms that can do most of the same thing saleforce.com can do and care more about your business.

Overall: I grew up in the sales ranks working and using Salesforce.com so I am loyal to the platform. If it was cheaper I would use it more often or if I was the Chief Revenue Officer of a company, I might consider buying it for my sales team simply because it is a proven platform that can scale quickly and easily. But I'm not CRO and I prefer a more simple UI and lets functionality and more simple process. For smaller start ups or mid size companies with 5 to 10 sales professionals I would consider another platform, for enterprise teams with over 50 to 500 sales people, salesforce.com is a home run.

Pros: I get to schedule my routes when it comes to delivering my products, i get to save contacts, also i can search for customers. I use it in reference to accountability. It is fast, reliable

Cons: I being a user, i have a lot to learn using this platform in regard to navigation, i only know of the basics hence i cant make much of the platform as i desire. A few adjustments to be done for the platforms tends to hang occasionally but not often.

Overall: I got to schedule my working routes, i got to save my contacts, i got to search more customers in the very same platform

Pros: Salesforce marketing automation, CRM, and other software give best result. Increased in sales productivity, increase in revenue and Increase in forecast accuracy.

Cons: Salesforce is cheap, the cost to integrate the application and redesigning their IT to incorporate it into a company is not the same as the cost of acquiring Salesforce.

With this platform, it is easy to have a good relationship with customers.

Pros: It is not necessary to install any software or hardware, this is because the platform is online, which allows customers and users to access it from various sites or devices.
Salesforce has a great variety of tools, one could say that the two main ones would be: an agenda where we can store all the information we have about our clients, as well as manage appointments with the clients we need, as well as a space to register all the commercial activities that we carry out, with all this we can maintain a close relationship with a variety of sellers that have our same objective. If we have a problem that affects the company's income, it will no longer be necessary to hire an expert to resolve it. Salesforce provides us with fully automatic technical support, where we will have an expert who will help us resolve our help as soon as possible.

Cons: This application has high costs for its use.
As every online platform has a problem that is necessary to use the internet.
Registered customer data can become obsolete as long as employees do not use the platform correctly.
Due to the complexity of the CRM, constant technical support is required.
Salesforce can only be hosted in your cloud, due to these the possibilities of deployment are really limited, comparing them with other platforms.

Overall: offers a more innovative technology to optimize business processes and achieve a better use of the information generated by them to offer an excellent shopping experience to both prospects and your current customers.

Pros: Salesforce has a customizable dashboard that shows real-time summaries of customer statistics and data. It is also very easy to use and navigate because various categories are provided, such as Home, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and etc.

Cons: Pricing is an issue for small businesses when they want to customize the software. Meanwhile, the various selection of functions creates complexity. Sometimes small sized businesses need to spend extra time to train sales staff.
