Pros The pricing is incredible, the most CDN providers are ridiculously pricy for small startups like my side project. I use every bit of the bandwidth and its not even close to other services on price. If you really care about long term health of your financial terms, there is no other provider than 5cents. Cons The tools are very simple but I don't mind the simplicity, still its a con after all. I don't even had any other bad experience, when I had one the customer service was really assistive about anything even if its not their area.
