"It has make our company more organized"

Pros: Zero has made everything much more organized and with it is easier to keep track of all the transactions we have doing

Cons: Sometimes Zero was not updating the info correctly and we were doing doble tasks without noticing on time

"Not US report format"

Pros: The interface is easy to follow and downloading transactions works well.

Cons: The reports are in Australian format which is in a different order than US GAP reports. It makes it difficult to explain to clients when they are used to a certain way. And you can’t changed it.

"Early days but not a great start"

Pros: Haven't really used it enough to comment, but the management team seem to love it for what it does in terms of project accounting and as a crm.

Cons: Had a very negative start, we're based in Australia, however, for whatever reason, our instance is based in the US (potentially wasn't AU hosting at the time it was set-up) - though since there was, there's never been a proactive reach out to see if we'd like to switch, which we would, given this causes problems with new user sign-ups. Even with an invitation link (which one would assume would tie the recipient to the instance they're being invited to) when signing up it recommends storing your data in AU, which then doesn't tie you to the company instance in US. The fact in this day and age there's local instances and it's not a truly global platform doesn't fill one with much confidence, couple that with the asinine sign up process and the hoops you have to jump through to delete an account so you can sign up again (and that support won't actually do this for you, just keep referring you to self help guides that're incomplete in a circular nightmare that Kafka would be proud of). As I said, not great..
