Using Iform was always a drag, It was required to track my dealer visits but always crashed and was hard to use. My organization recently switched to Outfield and it's been far more easy and reliable to use.

Pros

\- Having a reporting tool to track in store visits. - Being able to provide Corporate specific feedback they requested.

Cons

\- App would constantly log me off - User interface was old and many features were confusing or hard to access.

Easy to use, can be used by multiple users, easy to upload

Pros

Easy to use, same form every time and easy to use and work around. Great as it works with the Ipad so forms do not get lost

Cons

Cannot change the questions/form without payment which is problematic when things change which they frequently do in all industries

Pros

There's no need for masses of paper now as most of our forms are uploaded onto the systems which makes it so much easier to transport and refer back to.

Cons

To be honest there aren't really any apart from that fact that it can be a tad slow at times. There's also times when connectivity can be an issue but mostly it's fine.

Pros

Potted version of company database (client 360) is very useful. It's really good to have some of the clients details with you when you are in their home. Not having to tell clients to wait until I check back at the office makes the experience a lot more professional.

Cons

Updating the app deleted all uncompleted forms. Linking completed forms to workflows has been slightly problematic. Once raised, forms can only be sorted by date or name; not prioritised or grouped by area We used to use the physical paper forms to log failed access with clients & to process the follow up visits & this cannot be currently duplicated on natural forms. Physical paper forms could be passed easily between colleagues in the event of sickness or leave, this is not possible in the app.

Pros

It has enabled our business to become paper free which has resulted in quicker turnaround of reports, 24/7 live data and increased compliance

Cons

The only thing I don't like about this software is we didn't find it faster enough, they have changed our business.

Pros

The flexibility and options available to go into great detail in regards to the make up of forms and the varying features that can be included in each form means iForm Pro can provide a solution for every form

Cons

Users need to be trained to an appropriate level of how to use tablet/smart phone technology prior to using the software

simple and cost effective solution.

Pros

Simple to use and makes basic jobs (which are normally time consuming) quick and efficient. I am and will always remain a fan of less is more. The tech behind this system is awesome and the end user simply gets a functional bit of kit! less is more!!

Cons

to be fair not a lot! the system is a simple one that needs little training. I am sure that even in the most remote set of circumstances this would preform well.
