Also, we can view the points redeemed and points available to use in the statement. We can also see and use corporate deals specific to store/ products in vantage Circle. Pros I have been using the Vantage circle for more than 8 years. It was easy to Reward and Recognize Peers/ colleagues in Vantage circle. Also, we can post the Appreciation Feed so that all the people in Vantage circle can view, like and post their comment. One more advantage of Vantage Circle is we can redeem the Vantage Points received in the form of E- gift card which can be in any Online website like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. We will be getting Offers and deals with respect to corporate specific which we can use and get benefit out of it. Cons The number of offline stores accepting Vantage points can be increased. Currently only very few stores are accepting Vantage points.
