There are multiple ways for a manager to reward the team using this software. It is easy to track and record the details of the recognition given to the team members. It is also very easy to redeem the accumulated points in the form of vouchers or gift cards. The best thing is there is no expiration date for the points, so the user is free to accumulate the points and be flexible about redeeming them.
