It provides vantage points ,which we can redeem to voucher. It's simple and easy to use. we get vantage points when we redirect to ecommerce site using vantage app & site. It's like giving you a token of commission. Which is really exciting.

Reward points. Vouchers availability. Easy to use. Easy to track. Customer service.

Cons

Tracking only. Sometimes favourite e-commerce site is getting unlisted.

I always encourage my friends and colleagues to use this fantastic app. Even here we can get great deals for top brands and top ecommerce giants. Also I should say about the super support system. Very quick and efficient.

Cons

some times its not that much clear about the offers on page and some times miss to track the buy .

Vantage circle helped me getting the best deals,coupons and gift cards which is accessible on different Ecom platforms and it provides a brilliant experience in order to grab a excellent deal during the occasions

Cons

There is a feature which i think Vantage circle should have that it should have an integrated feature through which we can track our order which were placed using this software and another thing is that old coupons or expired deals should get removed quickly from the software as it shows even after the expiration of the deals

My experience with vintage circle is good and I will be continue using it. It helped me save extra money, bit sometimes it doesn't track orders which I think vintage will work on and improve it in tha future.

Pros

It was easy to signup just few seconds and we can use it. It is easy to use I did not find any difficulty in getting what I want in my first time login. Also it has almost all the services available which a corporate employees needs.

Cons

Sometimes order tracking doesn't works. There are many conditions to follow. I ordered 2 laptop through vintage circle but only one of them was tracked. Vintage should make tracking more accurate.

Pros

The most eye catching thing about this software is that the ability to recognize everyone. The easy and secure procedure to redeem the vantage points. A very transparent platform to view who is getting recognized for their effort which indeed motivates others to improve. Ability to give different badges and awards as per the effort done by the peer.

Cons

The only con about the software is that recognition of the peer should be classified or filtered as per the department in the organization.

Wide variety of giftcards available, easy to use, no downtime, smooth tracking through point statements, easy transition from points to giftcards.

Cons

Sometimes the redirection to merchant sites from vantage circle app can be leggy.

My overall experience with Vintage Circle is fabulous. We have multiple choices in selecting different kinds of eCards and once we redeem these points, we receive eCards immediately which I like most.

Pros

We have multiple choices on this app which I like most, rewards and recognition program is very useful to motivate and earn more points which is very good. Easy to use and immediately we receive eCards.

Cons

There should be a feature with which we can earn more points. As of now the only source with which we are earning Vintage points is ‘The reward and Recognition program’ so that is something that should add or improve.

My overall experience with vantage circle is positive. I think the functionality is easy to use & straightforward. My only negative experience was with your customer service team not being in the know for when certain gift cards will come available.

Pros

The redeem gift card catalog is easy to use & navigate. I also like how clearly the points are displayed.

Cons

I think the functionality you have available could be easier to navigate to. I'm not sure if Deloitte limits the functionality, or if we have a simplified version, but I was not aware of a lot of functionality you wanted me to rate.

Redirect before placing orders.. if there is delay in placing order then redirect again to avoid loosing tracking of your orders.

Sometimes transactions tracking takes time but nevertheless it has never failed so far

Actually, no business problems with the vantage. Benefit is getting points by adding this vantage application. I can give one Tip send some notifications to user who are installed vantage application when they receive points . Moreover, give some Cashback points subsequently increase users

Main sell some products,by using this points everyone can buy the products and maintain reasonable prices then more people prefer to buy more products.

Features are Nice which you implemented.There are not at all least features. It is good in Feature.

Best suited feature - Gift Cards. The points can be redeemed on most of the E commerce sites. This is way too good. I just love love love using this one. Credit and Debit of points as monetary value across majority E Commerce websites

Pros

Vantage Circle in Deloitte is used to appreciate the team members for their hard work. We are being credited with Vantage points timely. I think it's a very good way of appreciating a team member. The Vantage points help discover great offers. We feel motivated for being appreciated in such a good way. I am happy that unlike other companies, Deloitte is using VC which just fits the perfect appreciation criteria as per each individuals need. Just love using Vantage Circle.

Cons

The 3.5% Cashback seems too low most of the times.There should be a feature to add points(money) from our self bank account as well.

Overall, Vantage has been a good platform for strengthening the relations within and across the teams offering a diverse options to utilize the rewards.

Pros

It is solving a great problem for the rewards team by having all the vendors at the same place. Without Vantage, the rewards team has to negotiate with various vendors and sign deals with each vendor separately. Vantage did a great job solving that problem and the platform also allows us to recognize the peers/managers across the organization using one can send their greetings/appreciation not only within the team but also to the members of cross-functional teams.

Cons

Though the platform offers a wide range of options to utilize rewards, there are a lot more to add and the platform can also explore and add more options from the end of Travel/adventure.

1\. Flexibility to buy vouchers from multiple vendors at a single place.2. No expiry for Vantage points and points can be redeemed as and when needed.3. Instant delivery of the gift cards and ease of accessing website/Mobile app makes the user experience better.4. Employee can earn extra points by shopping on third party vendors websites via Vantage circle website.

Pros

Vantage circle gives flexibility to an employee or user, to buy vouchers from multiple vendors for different denominations. The vouchers can be bought instantly and gets delivered to the inbox within a minute or two. I haven't faced any issue in the past and haven't used customer service so far. Have had a wonderful experience.

Cons

The only thing that can be improved is more transparency can be made available to the user in terms of earning cashback or vantage points on the transactions that are done on third party vendors website. Maybe lower denomination such as Rs. 50 can also be added in the current section.
