I have loved using Vantage circle. It is the best way to reward a co-worker. It is also such a quick and easy way to convert your points into usable vouchers!

Pros

The website is very welcoming and is laid out in a very accessible manner. It is very easy for someone to login and check the points they have earned. More importantly, redeeming these points is super quick, with a variety of gift voucher options to choose from.The whole process doesn't take more than a few minutes, and you can seamlessly use your points to purchase some amazing stuff online.

Cons

I have noticed that the Vantage Circle site was down a few times, without any kind of email intimation while being down or after it coming back up. Better communication with users would help. Have also noticed that sometimes it takes longer for points to reflect in the account. This could be a little better.

Pros

The basic thing is that it provides points where we can redeem them and use it for our purchases. We get both appreciation and vantage points from the manager, it pushes employee to work with enthusiasm.

Cons

There is nothing like I disliked about this. It would be better if you put some guidelines on how to redeem these points because when I first used this it was difficult for me to understand on how to use these or claim these points.

Just one word "Superb" service.

Pros

Vantage Circle is the Best Product for Recognition to an employee. I have been using this for around 7 years now and has been tremendous in terms of tracking and utilizing the credited points. Most importantly the validity provides a clear dashboard in one location. Also, flexibility to convert the points to your favorite platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, etc.

Cons

I have been using this for the past 7 years and until now I haven't come across any issues.

i like the most is , i can know all across my organization who are are appreciated , what is the level of appreciation (platinum, gold etc.), in what field they are appreciated , so that gives a inspiration to work in the right direction.

Vantage Circle offers the BEST customer service. I never anticipated them to be that rapid with their Chat/email communication. Whenever I had a concern, they responded relatively soon to all of my inquiries and were creative with solutions. I am extremely delighted to be an end user of Vantage Circle.

Cons

Everything about Vantage Circle is excellent, and if there are any problems, they are always available to help, even on weekends. Kudos!

I have been using this from five years and never faced any issue with respect to the rewards. Also, redeeming the rewards is very easy.

Pros

I always find all the decent offers on almost all the products in this site. Always redemption of points is so easy and quick. Strongly recommend it.

Cons

Nothing much to dislike. Not to be greedy but more offers on food delivery platforms would be nice.

Pros

Vantage circles best feature is that it provides common platform to users to redeem any kind of E- gift card and also allows to earn additional vantage points by purchasing goods from different E-commerce site through there platform.

Cons

The app is pretty much good, but it can be best of it add from vouchers and also allow user to buy points from external website.It can improve feedback option also add option in feedback to ask user to add any other E giftc ard.
