the vantage circle is a very useful platform and is very easy to use and very encouraging to the user, i would recommend it to my peers in other firms too.

Pros

the feature to access the third party application and filtering them out is pretty convenient. the application is very easy to use and it integrates very conveniently with my employer.

Cons

the third party thumbnails can be improved they are pretty much understandable but it could be more appealing. the notification system can be quicker. there could be more pleasing events in the application itself that offer vantage points and could be appealing to the user.

Pros

Integration with business- one stop shop for all levels and different business in organization Customer service is quick and elaborate to resolve concerns

Cons

Process can be simplified as lot of inputs required to process a single award Software doesn't captures if an employee has left the firm and needs a better mapping process. We have had cases where amount was awarded to exited employees and was a challenge to recover it from them

Overall experience is very good. Most important is it is user friendly and any new user too can easily understand and use the points available is wallet as per his/her choice under various option available on portal.

Pros

Most liked feature is number of option available for user to choose from in Vantage circle. Most Important being variety in E-Commerce, Life style and Food and fashion.

Cons

The non-rounding off option of points available in wallet. As an example if i have 4035 worth of points in my wallet and I want to convert it to Amazon gift card I will be able to make the gift card of 4k amount only and need to leave 35 points in wallet.

Pros

There are multiple badges and awards to choose from in order to appreciate our peers for their contributions and good work. The leader board in the platform is both motivating and a self evaluator for our performance in the team/department.

Cons

Offers to using the internal vantage points buying can be explained in more detail, as this will be helpful for easy and fast usage of the platform

My experience is overall good, It is a whole good package which brings in lot of benefits.

Pros

It offers a lot of coupons on various e commerce platforms. The coupons also are redeemed very fast in a min or so. which makes the experience very seamless

Cons

As of now i dont feel i have any cons about the software. One thing i feel is it should be more of one common account for users and then he can link his company to account so when he moves to another company no other account has to be created
