Pros: The fact that it is cloud based enables you to work remotely, access the schedule, charts. Also like their appointment reminder system by emails/texts.

Cons: Some redundancies in charting, Ortho part has lot of it. Missing some key Pedo related charting, can be customized on request i.e. if you are in luck of reaching them now.

Overall: Our team was thrilled and excited about this cloud based software until the last couple of months ago when we started noticing gaps and glitches, some minor and some major affecting our work flow and efficiency. The support was great in terms of being prompt at resolving filed tickets, but lately it is a nightmare to reach them to the extent that we have no recourse left. It seems like the company is closing down; they stopped taking new clients several months ago but their customer service with existing clients is also fast dwindling.
