Pros: I love how the software is very easy to use. When i run my reports it allows to me to see every little thing going on and honestly that makes my life much easier.

Cons: Honestly, I have no problems with this system whats so ever. If I did, I wouldn't be using this softward.

Overall: I was able to call out a lot more clients without any kind of problems. Reports are very easy to run so I was able to see whats working and whats not. The best thing about this system that is super user friendly, anyone can use it

Pros: I like that it gives all of the customer information at the click of a button and pulls info from phone numbers. It makes it much easier than having to search while talking which is not my strong suit lol

Cons: There were lags sometimes when trying to pull up scripts. Made it very awkward at the beginning when I didn't have the script memorized. I would like to see the software operate more seamlessly in the future.

Overall: Much higher outbound volume with this software. I was able to make more calls, more efficiently.
