Pros

SportMember is easy to use, payment processing is straight forward, can use card payment, also I can switch between my own profile and my child's easily.

Cons

It took me a while to get used to SportMember, then it's quite easy, sometimes it showed there is message, I have to see it's for me or my kid.

It is very good. would recommend for other clubs searching for a all-in-one system with an app. We also use the paid version for context.

Pros

It helped cutting out time used on administration in half. So now we can use more time on growing the club instead of running it.

Cons

The app is very complex and have a lot of features. So it takes a little time to learn. But the time used is worth it

In terms of value for money, and getting help when needed, it couldn't be better. If they could solve their communications issues it would be a world beater.

Pros

The best value for money club management system by a distance. Very robust system, with strong import/export features. Customer support does always fix issues with time. Easy to use for our members. Has been an incredible time saver for our club. Web widgets integrate really well with our website.

Cons

Proactive communication is almost non existent. Bugs are fixed, but never acknowledged or announced. Major changes to billing systems etc happen without warning or requests for feedback.

Our overall experience has been extremely positive. As a volunteer-led hockey club, we needed a system that would reduce administration and improve communication with members. SportMember has done exactly that. It has streamlined our processes, improved attendance tracking, simplified fixture management and made it much easier to keep everyone informed. We would highly recommend SportMember to any grassroots sports club looking to save time and stay organised.

Pros

SportMember has transformed how we manage our hockey club. The event management and availability features save our committee hours every week, and having fixtures, training sessions, communications and memberships all in one place makes running the club much easier. The app is easy for members to use and has improved engagement across all age groups.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features can take a little time to learn, and occasionally members need support when first setting up the app. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall benefits.

Intuitive, fit for purpose. Interface is well designed for use by members, parents, coaches, club committee members alike.

Pros

As a team manager, I can track availability very easily to support game/event planning. Match reports a great tool for keeping the group engaged and up to date. The interface is easy to use across multiple teams within the club so helps me to be organised. I like the news feed function as it keeps everyone up to date on what is happening across the club.

Cons

Match report generation has one or two minor issues. Reporting own goals or stats for borrowed players does not seem to work very well. Finally the statistics function could do with a rebuild - I do not find it a workable alternative to keeping a separate spreadsheet through the season.

I have found it a great tool once you get familiar with it. Our ultimate aim is to get everyone away from suing Whatsapp and onto the app. For things like player of the year, we can easily see which players attended most trainings etc

Pros

It is adaptable for multiple teams. We have now 15 teams and it works great for all. I find the desktop version the most easy for linking multiple teams to the same event. I find the mobile version best for looking up registered players and the calendar

Cons

I feel. that the mobile version should be as easy to add events as the desktop version. I cannot easily add one event for multiple teams.

Having several children in several different sports, I have found sport member the easiest and most convenient way to communicate with a team and make payments.

Pros

One place for my daughter’s team. Chats, messages, payments, all the things in one place! Very user friendly.
