I would have to say my overall experience using has been nothing short of great. I really like using this app and how well it works for me.

Pros

Some things I like about is ho2 easy-to-use it is. Its mobile app is also amazing and I never have issues when I am using it. Its truly amazing.

Cons

I haven't had really any problems with except a few times it would run slow. But mostly it's been pretty great when I use it.

As the leader of the company I loved this tool. It automated yet personalized recognition. Every time someone logged in for the first time it was neat to see their excitement and engagement. I love the concept of the app and that we could allow team members to send rewards to other team members.

Pros

Loved that my team could hand out recognition to other team members. The engagement from the team sending congratulations and supportive messages was amazing to see as a company leader. We also enjoyed that it integrated with our HR program and didn't require hours of set up and maintenance.

Cons

It is pricy for a small team. We have a team of 15-18 and the cost was high for a business of our size. Additionally, at first we saw a lot of engagement from the whole team then engagement dwindled down to a few team members after a few months. It was hard to keep engagement flowing with a high turnover industry as well.

I really love , it is easy and fun to use. Highly recommend.

Pros

We had TV screens around the office that displayed our feeds. We also made this part of our culture. I would say that bonusly helps teams work together and makes it easy to recognize one another.

Cons

I think the recommendations of what kind of bonus to give could have been improved upon. I think it would also be interesting if you could take away $ from one another.

This program is user-friendly, resembles many of the most popular social media platforms making it easy for everyone in our team to use. It promotes inter-office cooperation and gives constant mini-bumps to our office's overall comraderie and general work happiness.

Pros

This program is easy to use, it's easy for our coworkers to use, and it saves time on deciding what and how to reward our team.

Cons

Many of the rewards locations are not available in our area.

Love the ease to rewards coworkers in a fun way but also with points that they can use as they wish. Such a neighborly context that ties perfectly with our company mindset. Also love the donation section where you can give away your points to a non profit

Cons

While there are a few partner choice, there are still some big brands missing in a few big categories like grocery or travel.

It has be fun to use the sytem to recognize others. I can piggy back onto other recognitions too. It is great.

Pros

It is a great way to show appreciation. The gifs we sharearw priceless. It also has people thinking about each other accomplishments.

Cons

Every month you lose any points that are left over. I'm not sure if it is a setup issue or not. I would like to roll over the extra.

Overall experience with the tool has been excellent. As a primary admin and promoter of the tool, everything from front end usage to back-end resolution has been really simple and great.

Pros

is a very strong employee recognition tool that encourages the use and engagement amongst this. The design really makes recognizing simple and receiving recognition rewarding and fulfilling.

Cons

The catalogue can be limited for companies outside of the United States. There are options for custom rewards but those still have to be manually processed. The automated redemptions are fairly limited.

Pros

was a really nice platform that was used in our workplace. Having employees have an easy way to quickly recognize other employees efforts monthly was great to build team synergy.

Cons

Some staff would not have time to allocate their points to anyone. It would've been nice to have a setting where any remaining points for the month were randomly allocated to different staff in a raffle like system.

Wonderful experience, this program helps boost morale and bond employees, and is a great way to provide "thank you's" that actually matter and have real merit.

Pros

LOVED my experience with , this is such a fun and easy way to spread company morale, to help employees feel valued, to spread goodwill, and to bond coworkers. I love being able to send kudos that people can actually cash in for prizes, it means so much more and gets employees more excited than just a blanket "thanks," that doesn't speak the way that actual prizes do. This gives actual merit to your thanks, and gets employees excited to hype each other up.

Cons

No complaints at all, although I was a primary user and not part of the team involved in setup, so I can't speak on that - is easy to use, grows company morale, and employee happiness, and gives employees actual money to spend on what they really want. The best way to say "good job!"

Pros

It has a great impact on employees by giving recognition for good performance and thus encouraging continued improvement. Also, through birthday or anniversary activities, a more pleasant work environment is created that helps strengthen friendships and work ties.

There is nothing that I dislike, everything has been correct and I like being able to interact with , which makes my work more enjoyable.

has been a game changer for the org in terms of giving and receiving feedback. We have become more feedback-oriented and have a lot more tangible data to work with. I have anecdotally seen employee engagement increase as they get recognized from their peers.

Pros

I love that we can formalize the feedback process, whereas before it was not incentivized and didn't hold much tangible weight. Giving/receiving points now has meaning and can be converted into real rewards. It's particularly encouraged a lot of peer-to-peer recognition whereas before we used , this was spotty at best. Performance reviews benefit greatly from this tool as well. I can go in and grab all feedback I've received and put it into my packet. I can do the same for those that I manage.

Cons

We have to use hashtags in our posts and the options are pretty limited. Not a big issue, but having to use a hashtag diminishes the point and power of those specific hashtags.

It is an employee recognition program which helps teams to stay connected. It helps employees in recognizing each other easily no matter how they are working. It helps in promoting your missions and making recognition more impressive and impactful by linking it with the core values of your company. It helps in providing visibility to the contribution of everyone. Employees will be able to get a monthly allowance through it for recognition of their contribution.

Cons

It should provide more features so that we will be able to work with advanced programs of rewards. It should provide integration with other platforms for making monitoring and reporting function better. The dashboard of its rewards should be improvised.

When we've had questions for support, they have been quick to respond. Great to work with them. I believe they truly appreciate feedback and continue to develop the product around that feedback.

Pros

Easy enough to setup. The basics are definitely there. Bells and whistles are added over time. The reporting is great. It's interesting and helpful for management to see those who are being recognized by their peers and for what reasons.

Cons

As leadership within the company, we still need to drive proper usage of the platform. We see month end emails from issued and then all of sudden everyone is getting recognition for the simplest of things. That's not really the intent of the product, and we wish we could turn off that month end reminder. It's more harm than good. Obviously, it's in the best interest of bonusly to continue to show high engagement. But we want only authentic recognition. Overall, good program.

Pros

The system is extremely easy to use. It requires basically zero training. Our employees love the opportunity to recognize and reward each other. We started using the system as part of the launch of our core values, intending to only use it 2-3 months. It's been a positive enough experience, though, we can't stop now! The system forces users to tie the micro bonus to one or more predefined hashtags. We have hashtags for each of our core values. This gives us a daily reinforcement of how we apply our core values to real life situations and recognizes/rewards employees for doing so.

Cons

There are only 3 downsides. 1.) You are introducing a new cost into the business, so you need to make sure it's worth it. For us, it has been. 2.) Some of our users report the mobile app doesn't work well, so they will only use the actual website. 3.) The analytics package is amazing, however you can't really share the analytics (like the word map) easily outside of the admin module. Honestly, these seem kind of nit-picky. The positives significantly outweigh the negatives. We were worried that employees might game the system and just give bogus bonuses to one another. We haven't had any problems with that. They give meaningful and motivating bonuses.

I've been using for over 3 years as an admin and as an employee and can't say enough good things about it. Employees love how easy and fun it is to use and it has definitely become a part of our culture at our company.

Pros

Ease of use, ability to add GIFs and emojis, ability to add our own company values. Customer service and account reps have been great to work with as well.

Cons

Product feedback we have provided, but being able to make another employee a "proxy" to give on their behalf, i.e. an executive assistant being a "proxy" for an executive to go in and give out their Bonusly balance each month. And ability to make different user types based on location or employee type. Bonusly currently has the 3 user types (Benefactor, etc) but we could benefit from more options for our contractors in other countries.

Pros

Bonus.ly is a great alternative to boosten your employee experience and feedback culture. Our employees like to use it a lot. It is not an oldschool HR software and it makes recognition fun.

Cons

There is nothing we don't like about it, there could be more option in the analytics part (but this is only for admin reasons).

It's a great tool to appreciate your colleagues for their performance and help you in your day-to-day activity. You can reward them with custom hashtags and even claim different gift cards from the reward points that you have.It simply took the employee's appreciation and reward program to the next level.

\- It's a bit costly as you have to pay per-user price. Apart from that there is nothing that i don't like about it as it is a great application to reward your colleagues for their help and performance.

As the system admin and user of , I have been very impressed with the solution. It was easy to stand up and integrate with our SSO provider and has met our objective from day 1 for interactive associate recognition. There are strong analytics available which provide great insight into who and how our users are utilizing Bonusly. I am hopeful that we will continue to see the strong user interaction

Pros

has filled a gap that existed in our company around peer recognition. We needed a way for associates to recognize one another, and a way to share that recognition with other associates. Bonusly has enabled us to reach our goal with relative ease, and continues to be a fun (gamified) solution for internal associate recognition, with a tangible reward structure. The solution integrates seamlessly with Slack which was critical for us. It also allows us to utilize our digital signage at our offices around the globe (hopefully can use this feature more when all associates return to the office post COVID).

Cons

The internal response out of the gate (Day 1 implementation) was fantastic. Associate interaction remained strong throughout the month. My concern is the continued use of the solution as time goes on. Our company took a smart approach of granting each associate bonus points to give out on the first of the month. This acts as a subtle reminder to engage with the applications and provide recognition. I am not seeing any true cons at the moment.
