"Simple and effective employee recognition platform that boosts engagement"

**Overall:** It’s a simple and effective tool for improving employee engagement and recognition. The platform is easy to use, and it helps make appreciation a regular part of company culture rather than something that only happens during annual reviews. While there are a few limitations, it does a good job of boosting morale and encouraging peer-to-peer recognition across the organization

**Pros:** Employees can quickly give recognition to coworkers and attach points that can later be redeemed for rewards. Its helps create a more positive work environment and encourages appreciation across teams not just from managers. I als liked that recognition is visible to others, which helps celebrate achievements and contributions.

**Cons:** If employees aren't engaged the recognition can start to feel repetitive or less meaningful. I also felt that some reward options could be expanded and the notification volume can sometimes be a bit overwhelming if your company uses the platform heavily.

"Easy recognition tool to use without moderation!"

**Pros:** Love the ease to rewards coworkers in a fun way but also with points that they can use as they wish. Such a neighborly context that ties perfectly with our company mindset. Also love the donation section where you can give away your points to a non profit

**Cons:** While there are a few partner choice, there are still some big brands missing in a few big categories like grocery or travel.
