Pros Bonusly has automated employee recognition in our organisation. It has made our employees to fill valued through recognition programmes and giving of incentives to show appreciation. It would've been nice to have a setting where any remaining points for the month were randomly allocated to different staff in a raffle like system. It automated yet personalized recognition. Every time someone logged in for the first time it was neat to see their excitement and engagement. I love the concept of the app and that we could allow team members to send rewards to other team members. Pros Loved that my team could hand out recognition to other team members. The engagement from the team sending congratulations and supportive messages was amazing to see as a company leader. We also enjoyed that it integrated with our HR program and didn't require hours of set up and maintenance. Cons It is pricy for a small team. We have a team of 15-18 and the cost was high for a business of our size. Additionally, at first we saw a lot of engagement from the whole team then engagement dwindled down to a few team members after a few months.
