April 1, 2019 4.0 Bonusly was so easy to learn, we were all on within 5 minutes time. It's a great opportunity for us to let our teammates know how much we really care about them and to highlight our awesomeness when we do something wonderful for our clients. I'm so grateful my leaders found this program. Pros Bonusly is super easy to use. I love being able to add on a GIF and I super love being able to redeem tokens for more tokens so I can keep giving. Cons Nothing so far. This program is super easy to use. It did take me a minute to figure out how to give a few less or a few more tokens but I caught on real fast. It is also a small but useful incentive to help motivate the team to collaborate. Cons The choices for hashtags were too few - I wanted to give a gift to my colleague for her birthday but there was no way to skip the hashtag. This also makes the reporting feature inaccurate. Cons Website is not always the easiest to navigate. It would be nice if users could search on the rewards page to locate a specific company as opposed to randomly searching through each subsection.
