I easily donate money to your teammates in retribution for any help, favor, birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, etc. Totally recommended! Pros I love that this app integrates with Slack, and that you are reminded of any bonus received, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. I enjoy including in your posts gifs, hashtags, emoticons and other fun icons. Morale greatly improved among our staff because Bonusly gave us a way to virtually recognize each others work. Bonusly helped our newspaper keep running during a pandemic. Pros Bonusly increases productivity in staffers and we're able to give rewards for hard work. During the pandemic we had a problem with staffers missing deadlines, that problem was solved when we integrated Bonusly. While working from home, Bonusly has turned our virtual work environment into a positive, productive space. Seeing a higher up in the company give points to someone for doing more makes it more appealing and understanding that the little things are being looked at. Cons I would say the the thing I enjoy the least is using a # to tag people. It's a great method for tracking and useful for the statistics. May 14, 2018 5.0 Staff self-reward. Each person has the opportunity to reward others. It is not entirely up to management to recognize good work. Also, people reward each other for things management often doesn't even see or know about. Pros I love that staff can reward each other and that we can add our own rewards to the list of items available. Staff loves it. Cons I'm not sure there is much I don't like about the software. If forced to pick one, it is the reminders that I receive asking if "person" did something this week. I receive three at a time. Cons Wish there was better group handling (i.e. comparing yourself against teammates) since there are notifications about being best of teams but you can't see how you stack up. May 8, 2018 5.0 better employee morale, easy way to reward employees, Pros From an employee perspective, I love that I can boost employee morale and encourage change management with a few dollars. From an admin perspective, the system is very easy to use and the reporting functionality has allowed us to learn from the data. Also, we have employees internationally and bonusly allows us to reward them in their local currency as well. Cons I don't have any cons for this product.
