May 8, 2018 4.0 Fun ways to show recognition to staff members! Pros They amount of choices of ways to use your bonusly. I believe I along with other staff members throughly enjoy being able to give incentives to peers as a way of recognition. I also love the use of gifs! Cons I wish that gift cards could be purchased with bonusly at smaller increments, I also wish you could see on your own page how much bonusly was given to you, like on the sidebar perhaps. It also can help show outstanding performers who are getting a lot of bonusly. Overall a great tool and I'm happy my company has it. Nothing beats and in-person High Five; but Bonusly does put up a good fight. Cons It would be really great if the "team search" tool was more advanced. Sometimes when trying to give bonuses for many different people all in the same post I worry that I am forgetting someone. I wish the name search tool had better functionality.
