Pros Goodshuffle Pro has honestly made a big difference in how we run our business. The interface is modern and easy to use, and inventory tracking is far more accurate than anything we used before. One of the biggest standouts is their support team. Anytime we have a question, they respond quickly and actually help solve the problem. They also seem to genuinely listen to feedback and continue improving the platform based on real user needs. Cons There is definitely a learning curve when getting started, especially when setting up inventory and workflows. That said, once everything is in place, it becomes very easy to use. When we have a request for a capability, they respond with interest, curiosity on the request, and a willingness to discuss and hopefully address further. Some of these requests take longer to actualize than others, but on the whole, it feels like the team is listening and receiving the feedback to improve the product. Pros I very much appreciate the seamlessness of information-sharing that the Goodshuffle Pro software allows our team. This includes aspects of the website integration (particularly product items that have various price points/various versions, or are a more complex product) and the customer-facing invoicing management/capabilities, particularly for repeat customers or vendors that require more nuanced invoicing or payment options. Owner Media Production Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Regressing in Functionality While Increasing in Price" February 19, 2026 1.0 We are a multi-million-dollar event production company using Goodshuffle Pro at scale, and unfortunately our experience over the past year has been increasingly frustrating. The biggest issue is a pattern of redesigning features that were already working while core functionality remains underdeveloped. For example, moving the navigation to the left side of the screen reduced valuable screen real estate. We invested in ultra-wide monitors specifically to optimize our workflow in GS, and this change made our interface less efficient overnight. It solved no operational problem but created one. More concerning was the removal of bulk data download functionality. Our sales managers rely on exporting data to build pivot tables and analyze performance. That capability disappearing significantly slowed our internal reporting and decision-making. From our perspective, meaningful functional updates move slowly, while development energy appears to focus on cosmetic redesigns and revenue-generating integrations (like event insurance). That creates the impression that monetization is prioritized over power-user performance. If you are a smaller operator doing backyard weddings or basic rentals, GS may be sufficient. If you are a scaling production company that depends on data, reporting, and workflow efficiency, be prepared for limitations. We want Goodshuffle to succeed. We want to stay. But the platform needs to focus on advancing functionality rather than redesigning what already works. Coming from several other rental software plugins that we tried that made doing business so stressful, Goodshuffle not only saved my sanity with their amazing customer support level but their website integration was completely easy to set up by myself. The website integration is user friendly and the program is as well allowing me to send out quotes in only minutes and I can do it from literally anywhere I have my phone! Pros The customer service is top-notch and by far way better than other companies. It’s also really easy to learn and they have so many published help articles and opportunities to take little online trainings. It’s amazing and a huge difference from other companies that we’ve been with. Also, the ease of use and the general flow of how the system is designed has been such a game changer for us. There is a complete lack of care when it comes to addressing issues; instead, you're met with dismissive attitudes and forced into their inefficient processes. They demand that you sign in just to view quotes, adding unnecessary complications to your operations, especially if you work in areas with poor service or rely on temporary staff. Their communication is equally frustrating. Critical changes are announced via impersonal marketing emails, leaving you scrambling to adapt. It’s clear their intention is to confine you within their restrictive environment, making it nearly impossible to operate independently—effectively holding you hostage. We should have the freedom to run our businesses offline and not be shackled by their rigid guidelines. They don’t even offer support on weekends, so if you encounter an issue on a Saturday, you’re out of luck. The only way to speak with someone is by scheduling a meeting, at which point they’ll deign to call you, making you feel incompetent for not deciphering their convoluted system. This company’s practices are not just frustrating—they’re unacceptable. It’s time for a change. Pros My Son and I started Twin Cities Tent and Event Rental in the Spring of 2023. We looked at several software options and decided on Good Shuffle for many reasons. The software is super easy to learn, very informational in regards to all the dashboard information and the quotes are super easy to put together. The “conflict” recognition saves us from overbooking. We can’t say enough about the staff support! Amazing!!! When we have a question, the amazing staff sets up a zoom call and in thirty minutes or less, they not only answer our questions, but we also learn tons of new things about Good Shuffle. Thanks to Good Shuffle our new business has blown up and we are fully booked for June and have already exceeded our annual sales goal with bookings, evenly sadly having to turn down work. Pros GSP offers users a type of hand hold service when entering projects which is really good for new employees. Their video help library is extensive and they offer webinars often to cover new topics as their client base grows and experiences new rocks to move. Cons By no fault of their own, GSP has a focus on using less paper product and trying to move users to a digital interface throughout the production of a project. While our company is in transition to the digital interface I still use a lot of paper in printing projects, so I have to do a lot more work in printing each project. Like any new process theres been a few bumps in the road, but the Goodshuffle team has an extremely fast response time to random questions, training needs for new employees, or pretty much anything else. As well as some fun gifs along the way. Pros Super low impact training to get everyone up to speed and not time intensive to get set up. This completely revolutionized our inventory management and tracking internally while also giving us a better tool for client contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking that allows full visibility to the entire team. Clients have been better about signing contracts faster and paying bills on time thanks to online signing and payment tools, and Regular digital Payment reminders. Cons Overal very happy with the product. There’s definitely some functionality we want to see added in the coming months to help with efficiency of communication between departments (Säles/warehouse/production) however we’ve been happy with how the development team has taken feedback and used it for long and short term improvements throughout the last year and half we’ve been using GoodShufflePro. Although it takes a lot of effort to switch to a new system, I took a leap and trusted Goodshuffle Pro. I am so pleased with their system and amazing customer service. Not only have we already seen our business grow with the ease of invoicing, we look twice as professional with the savvy invoices we send. Sub-rentals are no longer a headache as I'm forced to cross my t's and dot my I's, making sure there aren't any headaches. Where has this been the last 10 years and why didn't I do it sooner??? To top it off, their customer service is beyond great. They will share a screen with me to help me quickly solve any issues I may have. They almost instantly reply all times of day. Our clients are able to see our products with the pictures option on each item which has been a huge time saver for us. Pros As the production manager our inventory is one of my main responsibilities, so having a good inventory program is key. The ease of use with this program is second to none. Our old inventory was software was old and outdated and had features that we didn't use simply because they were hard to navigate. Good Shuffle provides great tutorials and a staff that is always here to answer the numerous questions we had! Cons The hardest part about this product was the transition from our old product. We have thousands of products and the categories were a different than our old so they had to be input individually. Good Shuffle offered to help input these at a fee per hour, which would've been great, but we wanted to make sure it was exactly uniform to our liking, so we did it ourselves. We have spent some time building our inventory and keeping it up to date. Sales love the way the estimate and invoices look. Pros The software is great, it really has helped our business. Its easy to use and user friendly. And my favorite part, when i have felt lost i can always ask them a question and they get back to me right away if not instantly/ Cons They are good about updating the software. I would want a few visual options for the estimates and invoices to give a more elegant or themed feel.
