We use Goodshuffle Pro every day at All Event Rental & Design, and it’s changed the way we operate in a very positive way. It’s helped us stay organized, track inventory more accurately, and present a more professional experience to our clients. For us, it’s been a complete net positive and something we’d recommend to other rental companies looking to modernize their operations... We were definitely in the stone age back in 2024.

Pros

Goodshuffle Pro has honestly made a big difference in how we run our business. Being web-based means we can access it from anywhere, which is incredibly helpful for a team that’s constantly moving between the office, warehouse, and job sites. The interface is modern and easy to use, and inventory tracking is far more accurate than anything we used before. One of the biggest standouts is their support team. Anytime we have a question, they respond quickly and actually help solve the problem. They also seem to genuinely listen to feedback and continue improving the platform based on real user needs.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve when getting started, especially when setting up inventory and workflows. That said, once everything is in place, it becomes very easy to use. Their support team also makes the onboarding process much easier.

Really there is just minor changes that I would like to see changed. More like visual changes to make custom bold fonts in line items.

### "Regressing in Functionality While Increasing in Price"

We are a multi-million-dollar event production company using Goodshuffle Pro at scale, and unfortunately our experience over the past year has been increasingly frustrating. The biggest issue is a pattern of redesigning features that were already working while core functionality remains underdeveloped. For example, moving the navigation to the left side of the screen reduced valuable screen real estate. We invested in ultra-wide monitors specifically to optimize our workflow in GS, and this change made our interface less efficient overnight. It solved no operational problem but created one. More concerning was the removal of bulk data download functionality. Our sales managers rely on exporting data to build pivot tables and analyze performance. That capability disappearing significantly slowed our internal reporting and decision-making. From our perspective, meaningful functional updates move slowly, while development energy appears to focus on cosmetic redesigns and revenue-generating integrations (like event insurance). That creates the impression that monetization is prioritized over power-user performance. If you are a smaller operator doing backyard weddings or basic rentals, GS may be sufficient. If you are a scaling production company that depends on data, reporting, and workflow efficiency, be prepared for limitations. We want Goodshuffle to succeed. We want to stay. But the platform needs to focus on advancing functionality rather than redesigning what already works.

Overall Our move to Goodshuffle Pro has been such an easy, helpful, and stress free experience. Coming from several other rental software plugins that we tried that made doing business so stressful, Goodshuffle not only saved my sanity with their amazing customer support level but their website integration was completely easy to set up by myself. The website integration is user friendly and the program is as well allowing me to send out quotes in only minutes and I can do it from literally anywhere I have my phone!

Pros

The customer service is top-notch and by far way better than other companies. It’s also really easy to learn and they have so many published help articles and opportunities to take little online trainings. It’s amazing and a huge difference from other companies that we’ve been with. Also, the ease of use and the general flow of how the system is designed has been such a game changer for us.

Cons

I do wish there was more capability to be able to create our our own inventory categories and I really wish there was the ability to customize the wish list just a bit with questions that are relevant to our business personally and the way we run it.

I don’t even know where to start, but I would say customer support and system education for one. With the other software’s, the support was almost nonexistent whenever there was an issue so figuring out how to fix your website or fix the plug-in took days if not weeks. Also, the ease of a one stop shop, kind of software was a huge pool for us as well, and the ability for the software to transition to mobile so that we could run our business on our phones

My experience has been amazing. The success managers rock and are super knowledgeable about the products. They are always open to feedback and keep us up to date on changes.

Pros

Goodshuffle's web integration is clutch. It really helps set us apart from older more legacy companies.

Cons

I think the improvements are on the slower end to get implemented, but GS management is very methodical about their implementation strategy.

The customer service at this company is utterly appalling. There is a complete lack of care when it comes to addressing issues; instead, you're met with dismissive attitudes and forced into their inefficient processes. They demand that you sign in just to view quotes, adding unnecessary complications to your operations, especially if you work in areas with poor service or rely on temporary staff. Their communication is equally frustrating. Critical changes are announced via impersonal marketing emails, leaving you scrambling to adapt. It’s clear their intention is to confine you within their restrictive environment, making it nearly impossible to operate independently—effectively holding you hostage. We should have the freedom to run our businesses offline and not be shackled by their rigid guidelines. They don’t even offer support on weekends, so if you encounter an issue on a Saturday, you’re out of luck. The only way to speak with someone is by scheduling a meeting, at which point they’ll deign to call you, making you feel incompetent for not deciphering their convoluted system. This company’s practices are not just frustrating—they’re unacceptable. It’s time for a change.

You dont own you operation you have to operate like they want you to operate, not customer oriented

Cons

they don't have 24/7 customer service and they can change what they sell to you at anytime.

I've used good shuffle at two different companies, a party rental company and a refrigeration rental company. Overall it's very easy to manage inventory and add products, add tags in batch, sort products and see the members of groups very easily

Pros

The customer interface is very clean, smooth and easy for the customer to sign the contract and make their payment.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to organize projects by logistics start date. Sometimes it's difficult to find a project with a client name or location.

The QuickBooks integration is incredible. If you have QuickBooks Online, it should be required that you use it. It has streamlined so much for our team. Customer service is top notch. Best money you will spend for running a rental business.

Nothing. The software is easy to navigate and if yoh have questions reach out and they will do what is necessary to find your solution.

Several helpful tools are available, all in one place and organized for easy access. Allows us to track payments, inventory, staff members, etc.. Customer service is always s kind as well! Always are able to solve any issues my team has

Cons

Decently expensive, but worth it. There also needs to be an autosave feature when sending messages in the chat. I have lost too many messages by either accidentally clicking the screen or if the client emails me while I am drafting a response, the whole thing is deleted. Can be very frustrating

Goodshuffle has been the catalyst to our growth. Because of this system we have had a 30% growth each year. It allows us to be effective, efficient, and organized. I could not do this business without it.

Pros

We needed something to help organize the growing inventory in our growing business. We were spending hours trying to look through printed invoices and would miss items that were already rented. We love that all our inventory is stored in one place and we can immediately see any conflicts.

Cons

I wish there was an app to use. I have the hardest time creating invoices from my cell phone. I don't always have my computer with me and would like to have access at all times to have more productivity.

### "Poor business practice"

This company refused to work with me in canceling my year subscription I paid in advance after we went out of business. I am having to pay for services until October of 2021 that I do not need ) this is closecto 12 months. All because I missed the automatic renewal date and they won't refund for future use of services. This has been a tremendous financial blow and I find it very disheartening they are doing this to small businesses who are hurting so badly.

Pros

The software was helpful with time saving features and keeping track of my bookings.

Cons

I am very disappointed with their customer service and how they have taken my business's money for future services I do not need.

We're also proud to not lock clients into long term contracts with our services. Instead we offer 2 options: monthly payments or annual payments. Monthly payments is the more flexible option, but annual payments offer an added 10% savings for upfront payments that buy a year of access outright. For both options we do not offer refunds for unused days or months.

The customer service is excellent. We can now have more than one person do quotes. All of our inventory with pictures is in one place. No more searching folders for pictures to put on quotes. No more separate quotes for rentals and flowers.

Pros

I can't say enough about this software. We are a floral and event rental company. We are able to keep up with all our rentals. No more missed inventory, or over booked items. Anyone in our office can easily and effectively put a quote together and send it off. Quicker proposal means faster bookings!! It has been such a time saver. We can even put our florals on the same proposal which was a game changer. The customer service is really amazing! I decided to try it out late at night and while working I got messages for help and guidance. I really appreciate their quick responses and help!

Cons

No Cons with this software. I am very satisfied.

We love it. Mainly because it tracks our inventory and makes that process so much easier. The quotes are easy to make and it has great interface with the client. All around, works great for our business.

Pros

It's easy to use. If and when I see anything that I would like to change, they are great at taking suggestions and implementing them. It's a constantly evolving software which is great!

Cons

Some of the features are a little too involved for our small business. When we get bigger we might need them.

We are very happy with our current experience.

Pros

We love the organisation and the pictures of the inventory. Our clients really like how simple it is. Seeing the incomes of different products is great The customer service is great

Cons

For credit card payments, the exact postal code needed has given a lot of negative feedback from our clients. We understand that it is for security but we still get a lot of complaints. On client’s quote, we would love to be able to change the amount of items directly the items without needing to click Edit on every Items. We have a lot of clients that change their numbers and its very long to edit every single items instead of just an arrow up and down or a double to change the number. When we are on the page of the day with all of the orders, we can see when a contract starts and ends. I would be great to see the actual times as well for faster organisation. For Example, instead of Start: 8am and End: 4:00 pm It could be Start: 8:00am to 10:00 am and End 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm for the delivery.

Negative 1. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. From the begging for help to get a term added to inventory, to always having to talk in a chat box, from the robot in the box always trying to send you help - that doesn't fit the problem, to them always pushing you to set up more training as if it was my fault that a subcategory on a rental item that has been around for years isn't listed, and back to a workaround to get an item in inventory with a work around by mis labeling it

Pros

A pretty QUICK quote to the customer while they wait or by the end of the day. This concept is what sold us on Goodshuffle. To bad it is just a concept - they fail miserably at customer service, and EVERYTHING about inventory.

Cons

They have failed me at almost every turn. I can send a pretty quote as long as it is items that were in the rental world for the past decade. They do not stay on trend by making sure you have the correct terms to add new inventory and items. A week of chatting with the people in the on screen box, you will realize that they fail you in customer service again, and again and again. I will be honest that I haven't tried using alot of other features because if you can't get my inventory right, what is the point?

I would say very good to excellent. The customer service is fast and top notch. They have made some nice improvements and are always glad to get feedback from users. It's well worth the pricing.

Pros

1\. It's very easy to use and enormously helpful in containing the client to one email platform. 2. The ability to communicate with team members within that particular client's environment is great. 3. Credit card payments are easy and fast and the payment notifications are fantastic.

Cons

1\. Don't like having to enter the date and time in on multiple places on any one event especially if the client wants a time change you have to remember to to into the event and each line item on the contract to make the change. 2. We do tons of repeat business so it's a nice feature to go into archived projects and duplicate them for the next event. However, the duplicate is not a duplicate. Any items that were overridden on the original revert to default on the duplicate so again you have to remember to go in and do the overrides again. If you are duplicating a project it should be exactly the same as the original. 3. This is not really that useful to us as quoting software. You have to enter way too much info. and it takes too much time to send out a quote. We primarily use it as booking/contracting software.

Had the integrated payment system with Stripe already built in and ease of communication within the team environment.

This is the first and only rental software program that I have used, so I don't have any other rental programs to compare this application to. However, I have seen other rental companies use a non-windows based program that seemed very dated. With that said, I have used plenty of CRM softwares in the past and currently use a number of design applications daily. I have to say, this application is on-point! The design, use, and interface is extremely user friendly. I appreciate that it is web-based and integrated with Google Calendar and mobile-friendly. This is a very thoughtful application for the rental company using it and their customers. The GS Team and their customer service is incomparable - always so happy and passionate to help! Would happily recommend!

Pros

\-Automated online quoting/reserving/receipt system that enables customers to view, sign and pay for their rental orders online -Appearance of documents: quotes/invoices/pullsheets -User-friendly and organized interface with features being added or improved daily -Inventory management -Integrated with Google Calendar -Chat support -Overall, this application is very intuitive, organized, efficient, and assists in time management. ### "The Best Decision Ever Made"

We searched for a software company for a couple years and ended up choosing Good Shuffle. Seriously, was the best decision ever! I do not have knowledge of other software and how they work. Once you have something that works so well you stop looking.

Pros

What do I like most about Good Shuffle - Everything. This software was exactly what we were looking for. I can not fathom ever going back to the way things were. Good Shuffle Pro has saved double booking, recounting, gives us more time to be creative and to meet with potential clients. The website integration saved us during the pandemic. We were forced to get our inventory out there on our website and Good Shuffle helped that process with a one time entry. Yeah!! Saving time is what it is all about.

Cons

There are small things that I would like to see implemented here and there but I am sure with time those will happen. The only other con is that I can not speak/talk my quotes into the computer or snap my fingers and the quote would be done.

Reason for choosing Goodshuffle Pro

I felt Good Shuffle was the best fit. I did a lot of research. I looked at other options as well but can not remember what they were.

### "Goodshuffle for the Party Tent Rental Industry"

We have had a pretty good experience so far. The support team is super responsive and tries hard to get the answers and takes our feedback as well. I have some experience in this software arena and even developed our own in house product that is similar but never reached the polished levels of Goodshuffle. The product has great potential and we hope it continues to improve and become the best tool available in the space!

Pros

I like most the way it uses Google to shortcut information entry and eliminate errors from emp l oyees entering this data.

Cons

Some aspects of the Dashboard and how sorting is controlled. This could be improved for the larger companies like mine running multiple logistic crew per weekend or day.

Reason for choosing Goodshuffle Pro

Goodshuffle had an all online web approach and a fee structure based on subscription. Way better value than other products. We did have to take a more active role in setting up the tool but we were fine with that. It gave us more opportunity to learn the tool and get used to using it while running the business at the same time.

Wonderful. I wouldn’t switch to any other program.

Pros

From start to finish, it alleviates a a lot of the workflow for us. Very easy to use.

Cons

Goodshuffle partners with strike to collect payments. When a pay out is made to your bank, it only shows you the invoice #. Wish It would show you the client / project name associated with the payout notification.

Good shuffle is streamlining inventory in so many ways, loading trucks , avoiding mistakes which costs money

Pros

After meeting the staff last year at the ARA , my first impression was I was impressed because I already was a customer , however the difference with this company as important as growth is , they ensure existing customers are content and happy! In my 25 years of purchasing sales software it’s easy to be the most important person before you buy, however with good shuffle I can honestly say your just as important as a customer!!

Cons

At the current time - I don’t have a negative thing to say, once I need the software to help me outside of its capabilities- I call and they either customize the software or they show me an alternative

### "We made the wrong choice first..."

We have been searching a long time for a CRM that would meet all of our needs. It has been painful trying other CRMs that would ultimately fail. We have been with Goodshuffle for over a year, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. No regrets!

Pros

We did several demos when selecting a new CRM. And because of cost, we chose a different product first. It was a nightmare! Within 4 months, we were approaching Goodshuffle and are so thankful we came to them. Their implementation support is the best! They have an onboarding process to make sure you don't miss any important features. And, their ongoing support is F\*\*\*\*\*\* AMAZING. They are rockstars.

Cons

Maybe a wish for the future would be automated booking, rather than having to confirm with clients.

### "Do yourself a favor and get this software! "

My overall experience with Goodshuffle has been amazing. They are very responsive and do listen to feedback to make their product better. I love working with them!

Pros

I love just about everything about this software, it has been the perfect match for our needs. Goodshuffle is the first program I have used that does it all with one program and does what it says. My favorites are: Customers are able to electronically sign the rental agreement and make the payment all through the email which has cut down our wait time on getting those done. Inventory conflicts - shows you where you have availability conflicts in your calendar. Google calendar synchronization is amazing, it has saved me so much time. The ease of being able to add additional inventory is very simple.

Cons

There is no mass delete available as of yet. I usually email 3 or 4 quotes per lead so it would be nice to be able to select multiple quotes for deletion instead of one by one which is very time-consuming.

This met everyone one of our needs versus any of the competitors I tried!
