I never used the product. I was still charged and when I asked for help, support just repeated the “non-refundable” policy. No consideration of context, no partial credit, and no actual resolution. I canceled immediately after noticing the charge and have since disputed it with my bank. This felt like a poor customer experience from start to finish.

Pros

None. I never used the product before being charged; I didn’t complete setup or post anything, so I can’t honestly speak to any benefits, features, or value. There were no positives for me to evaluate based on my experience.

Cons

Being charged despite not using it, no grace or goodwill, and copy-paste “non-refundable” responses instead of real help.

I truly love this software and can see myself using it for years to come.

Pros

Hopper HQ is a fantastic social media scheduler that keeps things simple but comes with a load of options. The interface makes it look easy, and honestly, it is. The calendar view and the social post generator are easy to master and work seamlessly.

Cons

Nothing. It's perfect and I can't seem to find any weaknesses in the software. Everything just works.

Very happy I picked up Hopper HQ. Did not think I needed another SMM tool, but Hopper HQ has been a pleasant surprise.

Pros

The UI is great. Calendar view is awesome. Hopper's AI can help you create captions and hashtags, plus the analytics shows who is looking at what. There's also a Best Time to Post view. I love that Hopper has a mobile app, that actually works.

Cons

Workspaces would be cool, but the Team and Search features work very well.

I’ve used Hopper for years now. From running 20+ client accounts to now, freelancing with just a handful, it’s the best solution for my time management and overall client account management.

Pros

I love the user experience within Hopper. There’s no extra, unnecessary features. It’s streamlined and gives me what I need to see most for my clients- the calendar view and drag and drop grid preview.

Cons

The process for validating account connection can be a little clunky, but that’s probably a Facebook/Meta issue.

Pros

Tried my hands on hopper for instagram post scheduling. Its a good tool but limited only to instagram but they have good features about reels, stories and most importantly analytics.

Cons

Its limited to instagram only. I wish they had other social media scheduling too and the analytics for all the other social media platforms.

Pros

You can create, schedule and edit posts, story, reels, TikToks and even have hashtags lists to use whenever you want. I really think is the best tool in the market right now.

Cons

I wish you could post story and TikToks directly from Hopper HQ.

My overall experience was excellent.

Pros

I liked how I could post from my desktop. It made it possible to plan in advance, the time, date and what I was posting It made it easy for me to write my content. The team from Hopper HQ were fast in responding, extremely helpful and followed up afterwards to check how it was going . Both \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] were fantastic!

Cons

There is not much negative to mention. Maybe because they are in a different time zone than Bangkok, Thailand. But I hardly think that is a negative.
