Pros

Easy to use and efficient software, better than others that we have tried and tested on the market. The automated posting and grid feature make it a superior app. The customer service team are also very responsive and friendly - highly recommend Hopper HQ.

Cons

Tag feature would be great to include, already discussed with development team. Nothing I do not like so far. If there is any way to stop the failed posts ( I know this is most likely instagram).

TIME Management! Continuous posting with social media is crucial and people note when you have gone days or weeks without posting. This way you can sit down and plan out your months (or more) worth of topics and content. Once it is set up you dont have to worry about it again.

Pros

I like the scheduling feature. You can post to one or more of your social media accounts very easily by just adding the platform you wish to post on. The uploading tool is easy to use and I like that there is an image search from web available (for no extra fee, etc).

Cons

It took a little time to get both social media accounts set up. You aren't able to make elaborate posts or stories but overall great bang for your buck.

Pros

The easy of being about to post to Instagram. I don't use my cell phone for social media, so doing it through the app is awesome!

Cons

The time it takes to upload a video within the site, but it's understandable. Overall, I love Hopper HQ!

Pros

Posting to Instagram for me. Makes life so much easier and free up time to spend on other parts of my business

Cons

Had minor issues scheduling a couple of posts as my account took a while getting verified, however, the team was on to it pretty quickly!

Pros

We needed a professional and easy to use Instagram scheduling application for our fast growing wedding photography business. HopperHQ is easy to use, cost effective and really works.

Cons

Occasionally slow to post but that is more of an Instagram thing

Pros

It seemed straightforward to use, until various glitches came to light.

Cons

Customer service is a complete joke. Based on lack of features and bad attitude I won't use this garbage again.

Love it. Recommended.

Pros

Scheduling is clear cut; simple. I can get right into the flow of scheduling multiple posts within just a few clicks and no confusion.

Cons

It doesn't schedule IGTV posts yet. Also, sometimes it thinks im on mobile because of how i set up my display.

Pros

I manage multiple social media accounts across several platforms. Before Hopper it was a huge hassle to log into each one to post one a daily basis. Now I schedule posts in batches and voila! It’s done for the week! No more nagging daily to-do lists when it comes to social media. I love it! The ability to see the posts in an Instagram grid preview is so helpful too!

Cons

My one suggestion would be to create a functionality that allow updates to the link in Instagram bios through Hopper. One less thing to do from the platform itself, making Hopper a true one stop shop.

The function of scheduling is super easy and very intuitive. It only took me about 5 minutes and I pretty much had it nailed down!

Cons

I can't get the feed preview to work, as we don't have a Facebook page for our brand

My experience is great, although I dont think I renew next year . Unless they have an special price for one person , company. or at least a 50% discount .

Pros

The software works , is easy to use .And the interface is very friendly

Cons

A little expensive for one person entrepreneurship, the statistics could be more specific.

I choose because , it looks much simpler than others . Very friendly than others !

As a time saver, being able to schedule posts in advance for multiple platforms is fantastic. There are a few options I wish it had but generally speaking I’m pretty happy with it and have recommended it to many already.

Pros

Ease of use and time saving being able to plan out social media posts in advance using one platform

Cons

Can’t post a location. Can’t do multiple images for one post like you can if you post sorect thru Instagram. Wish the editing features were more like Instagram.

Cons

That the posts randomly fail to post. It really hurt my posts while out of town away from internet.

My over all experience with Hopper has been extraordinary and a total game changer. Anyone relying on manually posting each and everyday is spending too much money aka TIME on their business.

Pros

The pros of this software are many. I love the Calan Der feature. The Instagram layout feature. I love that you can chose specific times and dates. The quality of the UI is really incredible.

Cons

The only con that I sometimes come across is when I have alot of Hopper posts the UI starts to become pretty laggy and slow. Something I'm sure will change in the future.

Very easy user interface, the preview mode is visually great to work out your overall aesthetics not only for yourself but also for the clients you may be working for. Saves a lot of precious time which in the end is very important.

Cons

One feature that would be great to have is automatic recognition of other instagram users your frequently tag: @johndoe

Having avoided social media marketing other than FB for years, this product has, in just a couple of weeks, transformed the way we do marketing to embrace not only FB but also Twitter and Instagram. I can now happily create a series of timed posts for the week and then get on with other work.

Pros

Ease of use, navigation, visual summary of what you have coming up and already published. Analytics to review reach of each post. Being able to create Twitter and Instagram posts on the laptop instead of the phone.

Cons

Would be great to be able to drag photos from Mac Photos app.

I would recommend Hopper HQ to anyone that wants to make life easier on social networks. it saves me hours of time a month. its quite simple work out how long you send organizing and posting on the social networks then divide it by the monthly fee.... it works out peanuts!

Pros

Its simplicity of use it took me no time at all to get my head round it and support.

Cons

the UI is a bit outdated, and confusing.
