Pros: UI is more current, and UX makes the app easy to use - works well with large teams, customization is somewhat limited though.

Cons: They are clearly trying to become a direct competitor to Slack, but they don't have any integrations to make them competitive! Anybody can make a simple UI for team chat, but the integrations with Slack makes me keep using Slack over any other competitors.

Super and cool team communication software, helps in making the team communication so efficient.

Pros: - Simple and superb UI.
- Decision-making feature is great and helps to convert the chats into tasks

Cons: - As Stride is a bit new, it has fewer integrations compared to Slack
- You need to have an Atlassian account to use the stride, which is a bit confusing at the start.

Pros: I like that there are many easy integrations to other applications including Polly (polls), Trello, GitHub, and more. I also like that it is economical (free) for us.

Cons: My biggest difficulty with Stride rests less with Stride and more with figuring out the proper workflow with how to manage tasks, lists, projects, and milestones. Each tool that we use seems to have overlapping components, which makes it hard to set rules as to when to use a task list in Stride versus setting one up in Trello, for example.

It is very easy to communicate and send different types of files.

Pros: You can have access from anywhere with an internet connection. It´s a powerful chat tool that can send large files.

Cons: It does not have a desktop application. It would be better if you can observe the status of the message, whether it has been read or not. Crashes regularity and the search tool doesn´t always work.

It is being tested in the company, since we use many Atlassian products.

Pros: It is excellent to be based on the cloud and has a mobile application, this allows any employee to connect from anywhere with internet access. It is easy to use advanced user management. It can be integrated with multiple applications, it is excellent that in the free version you can make group videoconferences. Significantly supports a more collaborative work environment, the graphic interface is simple and pleasing to the eye.

Cons: Despite having a lower cost than other similar applications, it would be ideal to have a plan similar to that of Jira, to be manageable for small and medium enterprises. It does not have a desktop application. It would be ideal if you had synchronized the reading status of the messages.

Overall: It significantly supports a more collaborative work environment, is easy to implement because it is easy to use and has a graphical interface that is pleasing to the eye.

Pros: Easy to use. Helps our office tremendously. Price is perfect (free). We couldnt function as an office nearly as well without it. Would recommend it for the most part (see cons)

Cons: We were recently transferred from Hip Chat to Stride. Hip Chat allowed their notifications to stay on the screen until acknowledged. Stride does not do that. As a result we have missed many messages within the office, which is affecting the quality and efficiency of our product. It is impossible to talk to anyone at Stride about this after many attempts.

Pros: Really slick user interface. Nice features like "actions" and "decisions" that makes team interaction smoother. Integrated meetings is a nice feature. Better pricing options than competitors.

Cons: Integrations appear to be lacking compared to software like Slack. Also lacks some features like activity tracking.

A great competitor to Slack.

Pros: UI is sleek and refreshing of other Atlassian products. Free tier offers features like group video chat that is locked behind paid tier of Slack. Also, free tier stores 25k message history.

Cons: I couldn't find a section to add bots or integrations. There wasn't a definitive admin section either.

Pros: I love that Stride incorporates team video conference with screen sharing as well as real-time text chat with attachments. Previously, our team had to use multiple applications to meet all of these needs.

Cons: Stride is still often quite buggy, especially while video conferencing. Sometimes the audio will cut out or the screen sharing won't work and we will have to sign in again.
