Integration with your Mobile phone, whenever the call is recorded, you have the possibility of raising tasks and integrating them in your workflow.

Cons

Lead updation process flow. Whenever lead updation takes place it gets you on the 1st lead again

We had issues with managing and communicating with our leads earlier.. It is sorted out with pipecycle

Pros

We were glad we found PipeCycle. It has a simple and self-explanatory UI which helped my team to understand it's usage quickly. Best part was the support we received from their team in setting up and training(when needed).. We were able to quickly integrate it with our lead generation plaforms.

Cons

Though we have all the features that we need, we trouble them to train my new team members. They always oblige our requests...it will be good if they can provide us some video tutorials too.

A very good USer interface . The ease of use of all the functionality available put this application ahead of other CRM software available in the maker .

Pros

WhatsApp marketing automation for special campaigns. Pipe cycle integration with popular ad platforms and ease of use .

Cons

Nothing really . Most of the feature I used were serving the purpose .

I love it. I can see what and where they are going with their ideas. Please focus on adding additional functions to their existing features instead of adding new features (which also have limitations).

Pros

Seems to be well thought out with a focus on usefulness

Cons

Limitations. With all of the functionality it brings, it gets frustrating when you encounter functionality that should be there....or you feel should be there, but it isn't. Please focus on additional functionality to your existing features. For example, I would love to be able to date a sale to the prior day if I am unable to set it to WON on the last day of the month. Because there is no way to do this it skews my numbers. Also, I would love to be able to set follow up reminders to customer's I've already made a sale to. There should be a way to set a contact to "WON" but also put back in the pipeline for a followup for more sales. If there is already a way to do this, it is not intuitive as it needs to be.
