Overall: Able to manage workloads a bit better.
Pros: Really useful to use on site, as it allows you to view the personal details required to complete your work whilst in the presence of the tenants. Also, everything is fairly easily accessible, and the access is really good.
Cons: Does not transfer over your team appointments from the report viewer so this duplicates work. Using the device whilst visiting takes away the personal touch to some degree so you tend to apologise to people for "ignoring them, or not paying enough attention".
