Able to manage workloads a bit better.

Pros

Really useful to use on site, as it allows you to view the personal details required to complete your work whilst in the presence of the tenants. Also, everything is fairly easily accessible, and the access is really good.

Cons

Does not transfer over your team appointments from the report viewer so this duplicates work. Using the device whilst visiting takes away the personal touch to some degree so you tend to apologise to people for "ignoring them, or not paying enough attention".

Pros

Easy to use works well from the Ipad so able to take out and about without the use of paper forms which get lost easily,

Cons

The forms used on the ipad cannot be changed without further payments being made which means forms are not always as up to date as they could be
