"Great software"

**Overall:** Over all i had a good experience and i would recommend this product to others that need an sms service.

**Pros:** The most important pros for me are the automated texts, shared inbox, as well as the crm integrations.

**Cons:** It has limited voice support since its primarily sms focused. It can also be a little difficult for new users
