This is an easy way to access Healthie articles in addition to getting real time feedback. No need to look for contact info. August 7, 2020 5.0 I can't say enough just how helpful this platform has been for me -- having everything in one place completely changes the game. Pros I love how user-friendly the platform is, and I love just how many features there are -- billing, telehealth video, food journaling, client communication, etc. It's really comprehensive and amazing to have everything that I need in one place. Cons It took me a little while to understand just how everything worked, since there is so much that the EHR offers. There was an upgrade in features, which made the calendar different to use from before, but one question to tech support solved that issue quickly. Pros Healthie has been completely reliable, and is intuitive to use. It's organized well, and navigation is easy to pick up. Progression through its features is easy to grasp. Cons see previous, not worth the time to go into more detail. June 27, 2018 1.0 Pros The look of the platform is very appealing with pretty colors but don't be fooled. The attractiveness of software is not reflected in its usability. Cons This product offer terrible customer support. There are no phone numbers to call anyone to get your questions answered. When you use the live chat the simply send you links to their help page over and over again. Good luck trying to speak to a real person. Additionally, the software will not work if you see children in your practice because it give children less than one year the age of zero. I was told this feature would be fixed for several months and so paid and waited for the feature but it never happened and I just found out there is no intention for them to create that feature. I had various issues and received only emails with step by step instructions which took long to try to decipher. It wasn't until I decided to cancel that they tried setting up a call. Unreasonable cancellation policies. When you compare to other platforms they are actually quite expensive and offer less (for an MD). Might be fine for others. Review Source CR Carlyn R. December 4, 2017 4.0 Pros I love communicating with patients back and forth, but I really need more training or time to learn it on my own. Work gets busy and it's hard to find time to fit it in. I'm only using the chat for the most part. Cons I just don't think I'm utilizing this like I should. I honestly don't need all the parts to this, because I'm in a practice and not on my own. Pros My favorite feature is the picture style food journal. It's a great way to get a literal snapshot of what the client is eating.
