“Managing business processes with CRM”

OverallWas impressed with what the CRM helped us achieve as an organisation, though I was using it as an end user it helped me reduce the business information of some of our key clients.
Pros It helped in managing many of the our business processes like customer data as well as accessing business information in one central system.
