hoje trabalhamos com o pós venda ( peças e serviços ) utilizo CRM, para prospecção, funil de vendas , gestão de equipes e performasse, realização de orçamentos e fechamentos de vendas . como gestão te agenda e visitas . O sistema como um todo e muito bom mas a meu ver ter que ter alguns pequemos ajustes normais adaptativos de todos os sistemas , caso a caso .

Pros

Interface de fácil acesso, prático e interativo . Gosto muito de estar acompanhando o funil de vendas e o mapa de onde estou vendendo e fantástico.

Cons

Não que eu menos goste, mas a alguns dias ele esta lento, fica caindo e demora para buscar as informações na base . Como trabalho com vendas de peças as mesma possuem código de identificação, o bom seria se tivesse um botão para ocultar os códigos antes de gerar o PDF. Pois as vezes levamos um tempo realizando um orçamento e o cliente não compra e só para pegar os código e realizar cotação com o concorrente . claro que já estou dando uma sugestão .

Was impressed with what the CRM helped us achieve as an organisation, though I was using it as an end user it helped me reduce the business information of some of our key clients.

Pros

It helped in managing many of the our business processes like customer data as well as accessing business information in one central system.

Cons

The product is very good and no complaints, it eases doing business work.
