A lot of contractors/vendors sending me files either send them in a different file format or need them sent in a different file format. I sign and send official documents in just a few clicks, completely eliminating the tedious printing and scanning steps. Pros I adopted Nitro PDF in a professional environment to handle administrative documents and bulky contracts with greater agility.The text editing and conversion tools to Microsoft Office formats are simply magical. I can edit a sentence directly on a flattened PDF without breaking the original font styling. The ribbon interface, closely resembling Microsoft Word, made me feel immediately at home without needing any training. Cons The software is unfortunately quite resource-heavy. On my slightly older laptop, it sometimes slows down or freezes when processing architectural blueprints or files with too many high-resolution images.
