One can practically convert any type of document into pdf with Nitro. It also allows you to edit the pdf, reorient the pages, sign etc. Cons Nitro sometimes crashes on me when I am editing massive pdf documents and I have lost data as I did not save on time. Pros I considera this tool as one of the best PDF reader in the internet, because it works for may uses from making a simple form until convert and mergue files, in one simple work, a complete app for workers specially in legal services as me, because it is very compatible with other programs like microsoft office- word. Cons Sometimes it takes long time while convert the documents, but it depends the lenght or the weigth, I found some problems like the memory consumption on the application makes the PC slow but the same can be resolved in just few minutes. To optimize this program speed you must have a RAM with 8GB or more. Nitro has so much to offer to the costumers. During that time, I had to extract a lot of information from online documents for my presentation and my homework. Nitro made my working time more efficient, reducing the time I spent in retyping text. Pros What I like the most are the features it has to edit pdfs. You can convert a PDF file to a word, excel or PowerPoint very quickly. It also lets you combine two or more PDFs files. As well, it is practical to insert text or any other figures on a pdf file. For me, Nitro is my preferred software when I need to work with PDF files. Pros Having been a long time user of another product, which I was always spoiled with. I was a little surprised at how well the Nitro product works and how seamless it is with other products. The version I'm currently running as a trial allows me to request electronic signatures from individuals, which allows me to work in confidence that my client has signed off on his/her work. Cons Nitro has a large customer base and basically, it really is one of the software companies that come to mind immediately. My suggestion to any company whether you are a one-person shop or coming from an enterprise corporation you should take a look at this product. Pros This functions just as well as Adobe PDF that is more common, but its a fraction of the cost. Being able to combine pdf documents or edit them are great tools that this software offers. However, the edit option is available in its paid full version. Yet, I prefer it over Adobe PDF reader or Foxit reader. Pros The most interesting part of the software is the 'Edit' PDF option which is pretty much not available in any other competitive software. Extracting and combining PDF files from PDFs or other file formats like JPG is another advantage. Cons The software is pretty heavy for the processor if there are many PDF files open. Hence, this could be a hardware limited option at times. Yet, the pros are much more worth it over this issue.
