In situations where we need to make data control for a client, it is enough to log in and there is no need for any additional data exchange with the client because we can download all the data through Backstore independently.
Pros: After several years of keeping inventory in excel, definitely a relief. Everything we need is available in Backstore. Product list, pricing, invoicing We like that stock inventory is automatically reduced when needed. If you have a wholesale and B2B selling you can easily make an offer and items are on a reservation till you wait for a buyer to pay. Very good reports, simple, everything is so easy to use, we would recommend it to anyone.
"Good alternative for repair shops"
Pros: Service orders are fully customized to our LG service and all the information about the device that's on the repair are available online 24/7 to everybody in the company, like model and serial numbers to the definite start and end date of the repair, as well as any new faults on the same device. Excellent and very fast support. They quickly solve any issue.
Cons: In the beginning they didn't have all functionality we needed but they add them over time. User Guide could be better.
"I am using Backstore for my jewelry business and loving it."
Pros: Real time software, very straightforward and easy to use, high quality customer support. I can create separate warehouses for every store that sells my jewelry. It solves my difficulties with the consignment sales. In work orders I can quickly record materials used for every piece of jewelry and I always know how much material is needed.
Cons: Took a lot of time to manage all the settings in the beginning, and if you don't do it software doesn't work properly. No sorting in product list.

Pros: Products, Price list, Purchases, Expenses, Stock supply, Reports Everything works great and it's easy to use. Multiple log-in for many users, I can see everything my employees worked on that day, we can all be log-in at the same time. Support team is fast and effective!
Cons: User guide. No sort at all. Long implementation because we had manny products and documents. But that went fine because support team helped us.

Cons: i really cant think of anything that i didnt like about it. it just turned out that we were overlapping with features from our other software, so no longer needed it
