Pros: With every customer we use a slightly different way of working. With their custom ticket statuses in combination with custom fields we can customize Cuzwork for each customer. We need them to agree to add a new feature and i.e. they need to define a release version. In the custom fields options we can also set a field to be required (*) that makes sure the customer always enters that field and saves us a lot of time communicating.

I also like their feature that combines all updates into 1 email every 30 minutes.

Cons: Their API is not activated yet. You cannot set multiple users (sub team) as reporter or assignee in a ticket.

Overall: Save me a lot time communicating.
