La escucha permanente para recoger elementos de mejora. El GRAN servicio que hay detrás, tanto de consultoría como de backup (resolución de incidencias , mejora de las funcionalidades...). Su forma de entender el negocio: win-win, trato personalizado, propuestas adaptadas a la realidad de cada empresa, disponibilidad del 100%, respuesta inmediata. Todo ello hace que sea enormemente enriquecedor trabajar con el equipo de JVSP. Pros De las plataformas de formación que he conocido es "de lejos" la que mayor porcentaje de engagement y mayor nivel de satisfacción tiene. Por su formato , su tono, funcionalidades, facilidad de uso, por la estrategia de gamificación que hay detrás y por su versatilidad, la plataforma es capaz de responder a infinitas necesidades que se planteen según las características concretas de cada empresa. Es un valor seguro. Cons No hay nada que no me haya gustado, su enorme versatilidad hacer que responda a las necesidades que se van planteando en el transcurso de los proyectos. Pros \- Utilizarlo es muy sencillo, no necesitas personas con altos conocimientos de tecnología en el equipo para poder hacer un buen diseño y configurarlo. - La UX es muy buena, a los participantes les resulta sencillo utilizarlo. La gamificación potencia la participación. - Se genera aprendizaje social con las técnicas de gamificación que tiene la herramienta. - Con las plantillas que tiene la aplicación, los diseños quedan muy profesionales. Cons Al principio no integraba contenidos scorm pero ahora sí. Con un enfoque microlearning consigue una buena experiencia de usuario, mejorando la motivación y el “engagement” de los participantes y, por tanto, los resultados obtenidos Pros La posibilidad de utilizar recursos muy variados (videos, infografías, lecturas, actividades interactivas …) y la gran flexibilidad para estructurar itinerarios formativos completamente adaptados a las necesidades concretas de cada colectivo, utilizando recursos formativos ya existentes o de nueva creación. Desde el punto de vista de la gestión, permite llevar un seguimiento continuo de toda la actividad con informes sumamente detallados y parametizables. Desde el punto de vista del administrador es realmente fácil cargar contenido y luego estructurarlo en etapas, módulos, niveles … Además, el soporte es excelente y rápido. Cons Realmente no tengo ningún comentario en contra. El equipo de jvsp trabaja continuamente en la mejora de la plataforma y el lanzamiento de nuevas funcionalidades. Pros (1) Lo que más me gusta de JVSP es la claridad en su estructura y su modelo de datos, además de la facilidad de integración de diferentes objetos de aprendizaje y personalización para cada cliente. (2) La integración con otras plataformas y el single sign-on facilita la implantación. (3) El soporte que obtengo por parte de JVSP es inmejorable, realmente se implican en el proyecto y se ponen "en nuestros zapatos". Cons Creo que aún pueden darle más versatilidad, sin perder la esencia de una estructura clara, para integrar diferentes formatos en los objetos de aprendizaje.
