Pros

I like that I can manage all of my shops in one place. The price is also very good and the customer service is 24/7 really and going beyond me expectations.

Cons

I have not noticed cons yet as wherever I face some issue or I can think of some features which could improve my efficiency I will contact customer service and they implement the changes to software very quickly. They very open to suggestions and they listen to customers needs,

Overall it saves a lot of time and effort to deal with all customer service for all of me eBay stores

Pros

Everything in one place. Automated auto replies. Multiple accounts can be connected. Returns and desputes can be handled without login to your ebay account.

Cons

If no order made by the customer auto reply is not working and it sucks.

Saves a lot of time

Pros

Found Subivi, a great tool for ebay sellers, it helps us effectively communicate with buyers and prospects across all ebay accounts. Also allows to automate some important business processes.

Cons

Currently it is operational with Ebay and Gmail, although there are lots of features being rolled out very often.
