Wij runnen onze woonwinkel met z'n tweeën, en Tilroy maakt dat mogelijk. We kwamen van een verouderd systeem en wisten daardoor heel goed wat we nodig hadden. Tilroy gaf op al onze vragen een duidelijk antwoord. Het kassa- en voorraadsysteem is sterk, de webshop is volledig geïntegreerd, de facturatie loopt vlot vanuit de kassa en de boekhouding klopt. Iedere dag zijn we nog blij met onze keuze. Een echte aanrader, zeker voor zelfstandige retailers die online en offline naadloos willen laten samenwerken.

Pros

Het grootste voordeel is dat online en offline perfect samenvloeien. We maken een product één keer aan en het staat meteen goed in de kassa én de webshop, met één voorraad en één prijs. Ook de rapportering is enorm sterk: waar we vroeger dagen moesten wachten op cijfers, is dat nu een kwestie van één klik. Onze boekhouding is er heel blij mee, want alles klopt tot op de cent, tot de lijst van de cadeaubonnen toe. En als kleine ondernemers waarderen we enorm dat de support snel bereikbaar is en dat Tilroy een Belgische partner is waar je in je eigen taal terechtkunt.

Cons

Grote nadelen hebben we niet, maar er zijn een paar kleine werkpunten. We hebben ook het gevoel dat we nog niet alle mogelijkheden van het systeem benutten; wat extra opleiding of tips zou ons daarbij helpen.
