Keep up the great work. Samsara helps me keep track of my fleet vehicles and has helped us make informed decisions based on actionable data. **Pros:** The ease and flexibility to set up vehicles with Cameras/Gateways or replace the equipment is very intuitive and user-friendly. Also, the support I get from my current representative is amazing and on point. I know that I can reach out with my concerns and speak to the rep within a fair amount of business days. On urgent messages the response came faster, which is in line with my expectations as a customer. **Cons:** It's a concern with the capabilities of the camera unit. We do a fair amount of night shift work, and due to either the camera or the dark lit conditions inside the work truck, it is very difficult to clearly see the occupants of the vehicle. I would like to see improvements of low light capabilities. Another concern is that some of the features I report about are not accessible via the Developer's API, such as Service Logs. Thomas H. The video quality is great and being able to report back to a customer in a matter of minutes instead of the next day is great. **Pros:** AI software to help make our drivers as safe as possible, also helps safety managers track events and help with customer satifaction. **Cons:** We wish there was a way to have street view though the samsara map.
