The real-time tracking is accurate and easy to use, which has reduced a lot of my daily stress. The app feels simple and reliable most of the time. I’m genuinely happy with it. Pros What I liked most about Samsara is everything like tracking, safety, compliance, and efficiency tools. It actually makes my daily operations very smooth and hassle free. How reliable the tracking has been, the real time location updates are accurate, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. It gives our company a good visibility into everything. Performance has generally been smooth, and the value for money is decent considering the features it offers. We can also make log management of the drivers which is very useful. Cons Sometimes the app can feel a bit slower when loading heavy reports, and I wish the customer support was a little quicker to respond during peak hours. We just raise a ticket and they get back to us, which is important for us since our fleet is on the road all the time Cons The platform is very feature-rich, which can make it slightly overwhelming for new users during the initial setup. The benefits most definitely outweigh any doubts from the start. I would recommend to anyone with any type of fleet. The sight you're able to have in so many aspects of your company really gives you peace of mind. I can't imagine not having Samara as a tool after using it now! Pros The camera views of the driver and the ability it has given us to pull footage immediately after a harsh event has made things so much smoother for many parts of our company. Being able to track the trucks and maintenance on them has lifted a weight on us! Cons The website isn't the most user friendly for the average person and the driver logs of each day are a little bit tough to navigate. The customer service representatives are fantastic and have been very responsive when we have had past issue. Pros Very Easy Platform to Learn and Use. The Customer Support is excellent. The tracking is very accurate. There are very few bugs and issues, and it is a great value for the money. The performance and speed are very good, and the log management performance is very satisfactory. Cons The older equipment and the ability to take the updates are in question. We have had a few CM32 camera issues with them taking the updates. Pros Things that I most like about the Samsara ELD system is how friendly it is to use from admin and drivers perspective. The system is very accurate for the location of the truck. The alerts allow me to be anywhere and still know if a driver needs assistance. I would choose this system every time. Cons I don't believe I have any cons on the system, the automatic renewal issue would be my only problem that we had where it took a very long time to get corrected. Once it was fixed there were no other billing concerns.
