But the system has too many features and sometimes its hard to find what we need. It also loads slow sometimes and trailer location doesn't update quickly, which makes tracking and daily work more difficult. Pros The support team is always available to help whenever we need assistance, especially during after-hours and night shifts when immediate help is important. Whenever we call, they are helpful and guide us in resolving issues. Cons One of the main things I dislike about Samsara is that it has too many features, which makes the system feel complicated and difficult to use. Sometimes, it takes extra time to find the specific information or option we need because everything is spread across different sections. I especially like the 24/7 customer support, but I’d love to see improvements in loading speed and fewer system freezes. That would make daily operations much smoother. Pros I really like how Samsara has everything I need as a dispatcher in one place. I don’t have to worry as much about my drivers running into HOS issues because I can easily keep track of everything. And if something does come up, their 24/7 customer support is always there to help. It makes my job a lot easier and gives me peace of mind knowing that my drivers are supported while they’re on the road. Cons One thing I don’t like about Samsara is how slow it can be. The gateway cable ordering process could definitely be revamped. Pros Installation software is very user friendly, tracking is immediate, and maintenance scheduling is very helpful. Cons Some of the equipment connection cables are only available on a vehicle gateway instead of an asset gateway, which is more expensive. Also, you cannot assign emailed invoices to open work orders.
