The on-boarding process took hardly anytime. Recruitment has become super organized and simple. I just had to login with my email and all my resumes were already organized for search! For companies like mine, while it is great to use it while I am recruiting, I don't see a pressing need when I am not hiring. Pros I did in about 8 seconds what had taken me at least a couple of days to do - go through each CV, make the highlights and rank them in the order of - Move to next round, put on hold, reject and the crazy part was that it had ranked the same candidates as the best, as I had, after a lot of scanning of CVs.
