The on-boarding process took hardly anytime. Recruitment has become super organized and simple. I just had to login with my email and all my resumes were already organized for search! Definitely the easiest to use recruitment Saas product I've seen on the market. Cons It would be great if they could integrate into a few more job boards(likes of AngelList -- AL already has a tracking system internally so it becomes tough to handle 2 different trackability + prioritization) Review Source DY Deepak Y. It has helped consolidate our resumes with easy search features. With help of Tobu we have consolidated our entire resumes which now is over 1.5 lakhs. Cons Tobu is a great value for money. Reports on team performance were very useful . Email sync - i did not have to constantly check my email for resumes- they automatically came into the system. " November 11, 2017 5.0 The software looks like the perfect fit for companies who are hiring all the time, especially recruitment agencies. For companies like mine, while it is great to use it while I am recruiting, I don't see a pressing need when I am not hiring. Pros I did in about 8 seconds what had taken me at least a couple of days to do - go through each CV, make the highlights and rank them in the order of - Move to next round, put on hold, reject and the crazy part was that it had ranked the same candidates as the best, as I had, after a lot of scanning of CVs. The desktop application makes life easier by automatically uploading resumes every day. Also, the search is very powerful when compared to other software. Organization of my database becomes easier. Cons The software needs to be more graphical and visual. A dashboard will be more useful in the starting display.
